Merhaba. Çok kötü bir hizmet aldık. Yemekler oldukça kötü ve ciddi eleman eksikliği vardı. Personel yetersiz. 3 gün aynı yemek çıktı. Aynı zamanda yemek alırken çok ciddi sıra vardı. Cumartesi günü akşam yemek yiyemwdik. Sadece içecekler çok çok iyiydi. Otelin konumı güzel. Ama asla ve asla tavsiye etmem. Biz rixosun bütün otellerinde kaldık. Ama bir daha asla bu otelde kalmam. Yani 2 günlük bu otele boşuna para verdik. Bu şikayeti heryere bildireceğim.

Hotel is beautiful people’s restaurant and Italian both amazing. Just need entertainment and maybe ice cream day. But enjoyed our stay for husband 60th birthday. But for new hotel is good. BURAK was amazing and his staff great. Lady with shirt black hair manager brilliant she’s a keeper. And lady in Italian one also.

Lovely spacious bedrooms, with maid service everyday. The pool is lovely and plenty of beds with heated pool. Lots of activities and fitness classes. Gym is great and the drinks are very good, a waiter on roller skates comes and takes your orders and brings them to your sunbed. Food is good but typical all inclusive variety. All the staff couldn’t do more for you!

I have just returned home from a week's family holiday at the Rixos Park and had a fantastic time. The hotel is very nice offering a variety of activities from Volleyball to Archery, to Tennis, Bike Rides and Yoga etc. You then have multiple restaurants and bars which cater far all needs, and the staff are very hard working, welcoming and polite. The best members of staff we experienced on our trip were Hasan who helped with our luggage and was very friendly throughout our holiday every time we seen him. Also Hilal for helping out to resolve a small problem, who went out of her way to fix the issue and exceeded in resolving the matter which was appreciated so much by myself, my partner and our son. (Thank You). The live entertainment was good on the evening and the guest relations area to book to the land of legends was all ran smoothly with a bus to and from the park where wristbands are given to you on arrival. Towels available daily from the poolside and the beach is meters away from the hotel bar area. The food selection was fantastic and the service for drinks was also great. You get to choose one of the Al A Carte restaurants which are Seafood, Steak or Italian and we went for the Steak restaurant and we all really enjoyed it. Also a fantastic kids club option is available with many activities on a daily basis. Thanks again for a fantastic holiday at Rixos Park in Belek. Highly recommend 😀👍

Me and my friend had a perfect 3-night stay at Rixos Park Belek hotel April 22-25. Excellent service, upper class food (the choice of food is AMAZING!!!). Receptionists are extremely helpful. Both sports activities girls are very nice and professional - we had so much fun at Pilates and Aqua gym! The positive part - there is no loud music at the pool. Classy music bands playing at the Beach bar lounge at night. We would definitely return!

We have found the hotel to be spotlessly clean, all staff are friendly and helpful. We are very impressed as this is our first time here and would definitely return. We have found it very easy to chill out and enjoy the surroundings. We have really enjoyed doing archery.
