This is a very nice hotel, we stayed here for a week at the end of November, the hotel was being decorated for Christmas with festive touches being added daily. The service is excellent, the staff are friendly, always welcoming you with a smile. The cocktails are some of the best I've had at any all inclusive hotel, I'd Raspberry Daiquiri, Mango Margarita and Malibu Sunset, they are served in proper classes and we're nicely blended, some servers more excellent then others. The food is nice, there are a few stand outs, the charcoal BBQ outside very tasty and the far eastern cuisine is cooked by Asian chefs meaning they get it right, sesame chicken, teriyaki and other dishes. We enjoyed al a carte twice during our stay at Dynasty Turkish (included free) and La Cucinna Italian (15 euro pp) supplement. Both great, but the Italian was especially good and worth paying the extra. Other al la carte closed in the winter, but no problems. The Turkish baths, steam and sauna will amazing we used them daily, and the hotel provided robes, the section is separate to the spa and close to the indoor pool. This is the first hotel we've had no hassle sellers, trying to sell spa packages so we were thankful of this, I'd more likely book without this pressure but nice a hotel just leaving you alone to enjoy your stay or your own terms. The weather was sunny, chilly 1 or 2 days but always pleasant and it got warmer 18 to 19 degrees, people were sun bathing, some brave sea swimmers but didn't see anyone braving the outdoor pool. The hotel is very elegant, the site lovely, beach was winter swept but still enjoyable, the beach bar was open which was great. The hotel was busy even in winter but we always got a seat. The room was big, smart and felt relaxing and comfortable, bathrooms nice too. Overall it's a lovely hotel, one of the better all inclusive experience, it is 5 star is some areas of its execution, some areas are renovated, others a little aged but it's has class. We enjoyed the entertainment, 1 show and some good music evenings, the live acapella band. We would return here, you cannot find fault so thank you to hotel and all the staff for making our stay a great one.

Disappointing Stay Overall My recent stay at this hotel was underwhelming, to say the least. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the main hotel surroundings met an acceptable standard, these were the only positives of my visit. Dining Experience The food was disappointing, with limited variety and repetitive options for each meal. Breakfast offerings included peculiar choices like spaghetti bolognese and chips, while the overall flavor was bland and uninspired. Service during mealtimes was inconsistent; waiters often ignored our table, forcing us to retrieve our own drinks from the bar. When drinks were served, they were watered down and sometimes tasted off, leaving the impression that cost-cutting took precedence over quality. À la Carte Restaurant Issues Booking the “one-time” à la carte restaurant was a frustrating ordeal. After being told by the guest relations team that my initial booking was canceled due to a technical issue, it was rebooked only after I lodged a complaint. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve—food was barely edible, service felt rushed, and dishes arrived lukewarm. The starter followed the appetizer within minutes, making the entire meal feel hasty and poorly managed. In hindsight, sticking to the buffet would have been a better choice, despite its mediocrity. Beach Experience The beach was another letdown. It was dirty, littered with rubbish, and unsafe due to broken wooden paths and a damaged jetty. The beach’s condition bore no resemblance to the pristine images advertised, making what should have been a relaxing environment stressful and unpleasant. Additional Issues The issues didn’t end there: • The lifts were out of service for two days, which was a significant problem as we were on the 6th floor, and my sister, who suffers from sciatica, struggled with the stairs. • Reception staff were disinterested and unhelpful, offering little assistance or information when approached. They even provided a hotel map so small it was unreadable. • There was no Jet2 representative on-site to address concerns or provide guidance, leaving us to navigate these issues on our own. Entertainment and Amenities The entertainment was mediocre at best, and even the television failed to meet expectations, with no English-language channels available. Final Verdict Unless you’re only seeking a clean and comfortable room and don’t mind lackluster amenities, poor service, and an overall subpar experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. What was advertised as a 5-star luxury stay felt more like a 2-star experience at best.

This was our second visit to the Limak . Firstly I would like to thank reception for giving us a good accessible room that I asked for due to disability issues . Thank you . The Limak was our first venture in 2023 to the Antalya side . We usually visited Dalaman . We had a wonderful time and were blown away with the Limaks facilities . We have since visited 2 more A1 hotels in the area . The Limak remains our favourite . The location , the beach (cleanest we have came across ) . Staff are fantastic. Drinks were good . Rooms beautiful and kept spotless . It’s an all inclusive plus hotel and lives up to it in all areas , except for a few points . So , I shall cover these , and make a few suggestions that could bring my rating to excellent. 1. Why is there no snack availability in the winter months at the hotel . ? Only available if the weather permits the beach bar to be open . Unfortunately for us we had 4 days of torrential rain therefore 4 days no snacks available at the hotel . If you didn’t want dinner or didn’t make it in time , you had to wait until evening dinner . I saw a family walk down to the beach in the rain to see if they could get burgers , chicken nuggets etc for their 3 children only to return empty handed . The limak is a huge spacious hotel , there must be somewhere there to facilate snacks during the winter months ? 2. The other 2 A1 , we have visited all had fridges spotted around to levitate queues at the bars for customers only wanting water ( beach has a yellow bucket with hot water in it if any ) . If the above points are taken seriously it could be a improvement in the hotels services . However , as I have said this hotel is my happy place . I love the whole set up there . The entertainment is very good and having the entertainment mainly down in the bottom floor is a great idea especially in winter months . The food is good ( could be warmer sometimes) the waiter service in the dining room is welcome and spot on . Give my suggestions some though Limak ! Hopefully we shall see you again next year . Our wonderful vacation We stayed at Limak Atlantis in October. Wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, the food is great, customer service is fantastic. Thanks to Maria for sorting out the Birthday cake. The staff would really go out of their way to accommodate us. I have been to many different resorts, this was one of the best ones. We will definitely go back. Ps the pools are a bit cold in Oct/Nov! Buts that's not the hotes fault!

Staying at the Limak deluxe hotel in Belek. The hotel is itself is very nice, lovely foyer with plenty of seating , very nice rooms with comfortable beds. The outdoor areas are lovely with again plenty of seating areas and sun-beds, although unfortunately it was torrential rain the whole time we stayed. The hotel has the potential to be amazing however the food and drinks let it down for us. The variety was just awful , very basic and very often cold. I actually used the microwave in the buffet area to heat my meal up. The same food is served at every mealtime ! Spaghetti bolognaise was one even served at breakfast! I work as a chef and could not believe the standard I of food even for a 1 star never mind a for a five star hotel ! I have been to turkey several times and the food has been amazing , so I don’t understand what they are doing wrong at this hotel! The alcohol is diabolical and my sister and I one evening ordered 5 different drinks and couldn’t drink any of them ! We found the only two drinks palatable were red wine and lager. It was such a shame as I said the hotel is lovely and so are the staff but they really need to address the catering side of it . For that reason I would not come back here again nor recommend it.
