設施陳舊，食物種類少，味道不好，服務態度較差，一開始給的房間裏面有很大的油漆味，多次要求之後才給更換。

Wonderful hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly...They take care of your well being...The pools and the beach are very clean. The food and beverages are high quality. The animation are very entertaining. I highly recommand this place

Hotel Belconti is an amazing place.There is a lot of to discover.We were satisfied with almoust everything.Rooms were big enought,properly and regulary cleaned.The food was good taste,and even if we were expecting more of international food,it was a chance to try traditional turkish food. Hotel staff was kind and helpfull whenever needed. Especially I would like to highlight the members of Animation team in Mini Club - Assiya,Maria and Nass.This girls can speak fluent english,russian,or german so as to agree with all children.Their kind behavior creates a realy friendly atmosphere throught the day.Program in miniclub was good managed,and ever day different,so no child could be bored. Mini disco in the evening was regulary top of day for our children (4 and 6 YO).They just loved it because girls from animation team made it full of fun. I suggest to everyone to travel to Turkey,especially in september and i rate hotel Belconti as a really good choice.

Good family hotel, plenty of space to relax, sunbeds always available, nice evening shows, my daughter really enjoyed kids klub, they made cocktails, pizza and cookies. Room was a bit old fashioned, we had it in a club house, but overall it is a nice hotel to relax with family.

Clean rooms, a mini-bar added every day, excellent food, a wide choice, and something special every night. Very lively evening programme. The water in the pools is clean and warm. The beach is sandy. Very helpful staff.

Nice place with excellent service, tasty food and amazing massages in spa centre. I recommend Rukija who did me the best massage ever. Also Saim from the spa reception is very nice guy. We were there for a family holiday with small kid. Children warmly welcome, entertainment for them is great. Definitely recommended.

Our family recently visited Spa Turkuaz at Belconti Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The facilities were impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We opted for the Turkuaz Classic Package and were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by our masseuses, Sofia and Bekir. They tailored the session to our needs and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend a visit to this spa, especially to experience their Turkish Bath and Sauna, and treat yourself to their rejuvenating massages. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for a relaxing and pampering escape.
