The Residence 59

酒店位置偏僻，比較難找。我預訂了兩天，期間並沒有清潔房間的服務。整棟樓還有些房間沒有裝修完，晚上9點樓上還在使用電鑽，影響休息。沙發上有蟲子，被咬了一身的包。第二天還沒到退房時間，早上十點多就有一名女性清潔人員不敲門直接用鑰匙開門進入房間，隨後十一點又有一名男性工作人員也不敲門，直接用鑰匙開門進入房間催促退房。酒店裝修顏色偏黑，比較壓抑，卧室也非常小，只有一個牀頭櫃。整體環境衞生，入住體驗都非常差。

Это апартаменты. Администратора нет на месте. Заселение самостоятельное. Но к сожалению в сервисе нет полной информации об этом. Когда мы приехали, то не смогли попасть внутрь, так как не получили смс или письмо с инструкциями что нам нужен корпус 57, код домофона и где лежат ключи. Долго ходили вокруг, пока не вышел охранник и помог связаться с администратором. Внутри всё новое, есть лифт, кондиционер, чисто и приятно пахнет, кухня оснащена посудой и приборами, есть чайник, большой холодильник и электроплита. Горячая вода от электро бойлера. Понравился вместительный и стильный прозрачный шкаф с подсветкой. Из недостатков – это отсутствие вешалок и полок в туалетной комнате, была только одна маленькая полочка под раковиной. Вещи, полотенца и принадлежности просто некуда положить и повесить. Из минусов – здание заражено тараканами. В первую ночь мы обнаружили большого таракана прямо в кровати под одеялом. В другой день в комнате были ещё 2 огромных таракана. Это так неожиданно в новом здании и омерзительно.

I booked Residence 59 but ended up in Residence 57, which I can't quite figure out. Here’s my honest review: I arrived early for check-in after a long journey from Kosovo and was greeted by a young man who kindly informed me that I could park here, which wasn't a problem despite the ongoing construction. He was really nice. However, when I headed into the building, the young girl at the reception seemed quite rude and arrogant, even before she spoke. When I told her who I was, she simply said it was too early to check in. She never offered us a place to sit or even a coffee, which would have been a nice touch. I returned two hours later, 15 minutes before check-in, but she still didn't look very happy. I asked if it was okay to sit in her office while my wife and son waited outside. She reluctantly agreed, and then I noticed the really nice guy from earlier sitting there as well. He told the receptionist to let us check in, which she did only because he instructed her to. The next day, as we were leaving, she was all smiles. But that was too late for me; the smiles should have been there during check-in, not when we were leaving. Do these people not understand that it's the guests who keep them in a job? As for the apartment itself, it’s fantastic—very clean and beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. However, I won’t be back. I expect to be treated better. If you don’t like your job and can’t show some respect, maybe you should consider working at a till in a local shop.
