The most uncomfortable bed and the worst pillows. I had a terrible nights sleep, I considered sleeping on the floor. I was a solo traveller and I got a small room. It was very clean and had a view of the lake. Tea and coffee facilities, very small safe, fridge. Nice shower. Toiletries ok but not great quality. You can hear so much noise from the other rooms. Breakfast ok, fresh fruit, cold meats, cheeses and pastries. Nice breakfast room. It’s a good walk from the town. Nice staff and a nice welcome.

A very friendly, very clean, family run hotel. Our room was a lovely size for 2 adults and 1 child. Reception was really helpful with ferry times and local beaches etc. There’s no bar or restaurant for dinner. Reception has a few seats. The hotel has a dog and cat. They’re no bother if you’re not animal lovers. Only stay in this hotel if you are happy with a 20 min walk downhill to the ferry at Bellagio (uphill return). It’s not 10 mins as other reviews suggest. The price reflects the distance. There’s a tourist train, half hourly that can drop you back, but you’ll need to tel them. Bellagio is a well priced town. Not expensive like London. We were pleasantly surprised to pay approx €15 for a main meal and €9 for g and t. Highly recommended of you’re a walker and don’t have a car.

The rooms are adequate though dated decor. Our room had no balcony but big gorgeous doors to see the view, plus one in the bathroom (kind of strange). It was nice and quiet at night. We didnt spend much time in the room except to sleep, but the bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable as were the pillows. I ended up using my airplane doughnut pillow because the pillows were so bad. We never could figure out how to get the bus from near the hotel,so we walked into Bellagio each day which was kind of far. Down hill into town up hill back! Way too far to from town & train station to schlep luggage to & from though. Would be a good location if you have a car or motorcycle though. Breakfast was great as was the coffee! Owner & staff very, very nice! The dog Muffy was so cute and friendly! The Air conditioning didn't go quite low enough for us, so we were a bit hot in the room especially since we were in the blazing morning sun side. All in all an ok stay for the money.

We stayed 1 night in this horrible place and i can only describe it as gutter rooms. The single beds are utterly unfit for purpose. Soo small I fell out all night, they sag in the middle and they are for children not adults. Throw them away immediately and save the poor guests the outrageous night we had. The walls are paper thin and a disgrace to any building: we listened to people arguing, babies crying and parties all night - great! The “breakfast” cold boiled eggs are as good as it gets. Forget the disgusting coffee.. enough said as I have to save my energy for driving.

Chi conosce Bellagia comprende il valore aggiunto di un parcheggio privato nell’hotel. A un quarto d’ora dal centro, una struttura semplice, pulita, camere comode, prima colazione più che sufficiente ed effettivamente una conduzione un po’ troppo ‘familiare’,?il cane non mi ha disturbato, ma comprendo il disagio di qualcuno. Il parcheggio comodo una volta era gratuito, ma 10 € al giorno per non faticare e perdere tempo , sono accettabili.

È stata davvero una gradevole sorpresa! Hotel molto carino, vicino al centro di Bellagio che si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 15 minuti. La pulizia impeccabile, nulla è lasciato al caso. Bollitore in camera con bustine di caffè, the e zucchero. La colazione davvero ottima, ampia scelta e di qualità, una mattina abbiamo trovato anche le fragole. Personale gentile e disponibile. Hôtel famille sympathique. Déco un peu désuète mais les chambres et salle de bain sont propres. Viennoiseries et pain frais au petit-déjeuner et excellent espresso. Fruits frais, charcuterie, fromage, tomates... L'hôtel est situé à 15-20 minutes du centre au calme. La promenade depuis le centre ville est agréable. Belle vue sur la colline.
