close to the airport, my flight leaves. 7:00 a.m. and staying here was my best option.

I had a red eye flight and got In at 5am. When booking they said I’d need to rent the room for the previous night to stay. The hotel was not full being a Tuesday. So I rented the room. I requested a late checkout and was given only until noon! They have room rates at the desk that said $76 for a room and I paid 87 through the trip this app. I asked how much to stay untill 4. They wanted to charge me another day at the $87 room rate. I realize there are rules they need to follow. Customer service is extremely lacking. The maid knocked repeatedly at my door with the do not disturb sign on the door plain to see. So I was woken up 2 hours before I was due to checkout. Nothing was done for disturbing me and only after 4 hours of sleep. It was clean, grounds look nice but don’t expect any customer service. I am sitting on a bench in front of the property as my family cannot pick me up until 4. Did not use any amenities.

The room was fine. The service was not. Had to wait over 50 minutes for our shuttle from the airport. Was given a smelly smoking room when our booking clearly requested non-smoking. Check in clerk was not friendly & said not to expect much if we were going cheap.
Clerk did change our room after we said that we would not stay in the smoking room.
Went to breakfast at 8:30 am- pancake mix was out, sausage was out, no fruit, no creamers. Worker was unpleasant. Items were eventually eventually restocked.
Our shuttle driver to the airport was on time & friendly.

This place was very sketch. Very ran down and not clean. Hair everywhere. Fridge was old and rusty.

The people were rude the room smelled like bleach but there was mold growing on the shower head and in the tub
