This was a very last minute trip. I didn't get into the hotel until almost 11:00, but check in was easy. Considering the hour they were fairly busy, but it was fine.
The single best part of this was the $10.00 breakfast option. Not because the food was excellent, it was a hotel breakfast. It was really good and the server who was also the cook, made every order as you were seated. Chef José was the most joyful and encouraging person I've come across in business travels in a long time. He single handedly made my day better after fighting with the airlines for 45 minutes in my room trying to sort out an error. I would hire this gentleman if I owned any food related business in Orlando! This was my first time using Trip.com for a reservation, and I will use them again!

衞生情況不錯，裝修風格現代，和國內的快捷酒店水平相當，但服務什麼的肯定和國內沒法比，對於去機場來説是可選擇的中轉站

Melany & Karla were great at the front desk. Convenient location. Shower leaked onto the floor. Bed was comfortable.

Such a clean property. Very quiet. Free airport shuttle was the best at 12 am and then at 7 in the morning for our flight. Nice to get courtesy call at the front desk for airport shuttle. Quick registration at 12 am. I would come back and recommend this location

Nice modern and clean hotel close to the airport. Not a lot around the hotel but they serve food so there is no need to go out. The free airport shuttle is very convenient. Claudia is very helpful and friendly.

The room was good but the service was below expected of a Wyndham property.
Breakfast was an additional charge and it took about 20 minutes to prepare (it was NOT hot when it arrived). Coffee needed refilling and the decaf was not refilled even though the server said it would be.
Airport shuttle service was substandard, it took almost 40 minutes to pick me up after calling from the airport as requested, even though it was only an 8 minute drive - I was told twice that it was on its way.
In the morning I was refused service because the female employee driving the van berated me and said I had to help her load my bags in the back because she couldn't do it, when I tried helping her she got irritated and said I was doing it wrong and I said but I thought it was your job - she tossed my bag on the ground and said she wouldn't take me to the airport, full of attitude and expletives. Service is very poor here with some of the employees, others tried hard but it was clear they are understaffed.

Close to airport & free shuttle made this an easy choice. Not much in the area for food or beverages but the hotel hasxa small menu.
