The hotel was clean and free of clutter. The décor was modern and tasteful. I found the front desk very courteous and welcoming. The meet and greet hour was good in the sense that it gave us a free coupon for either a clam chowder and drink. The exterior was clean and free of garbage. The rooms were large and spacious. The soaps and shampoos were dispensed from a large bottle and they smelled good, if you like lemon grass sage. I will definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Bellingham again.

The Staff were amazing, no issues there.
However the establishment and rooms were below average for the price. I wish I hadnt have paid so much. The rooms reminded me of a basic "Motel 6" that only charges $60 a night, yet I paid nearly triple that. Honestly it was not worth the price I paid. The room I stayed in smelled musty and humid like it hadnt been used in a month.
Other patrons were loud, and the walls were paper thin. Woke up at 12:45am to a man agressively yelling down the hall. The people staying above me sounded like they were actively stomping everytime they walked.
The staff were great, none of this is their fault. Whoever or whatever owns this facility should consider updating the rooms (including the carpet, i think thats where the musty smell came from) or lower the rates to match the lower standards of the facility.

I liked the B'ham restaurant on the property. There isn't much else around. The area is not too safe for walking. The price they quoted was not the final price, quoted $129 a night, but charged $149.

We stayed for six days during a winter storm that left our house without water. The staff were so kind. Jordyn at the front desk was super helpful, patient and friendly. It is a well-run place with great amenities. The pool area was closed most of the week that we were there due to maintenance. The breakfast is good; I’m allergic to eggs but there were still things I could eat and the oat milk is appreciated! The free happy hour drink and snack is awesome. One thing to note: wifi on the upper floors can be dodgy, which can be inconvenient, but they loaned me a LAN cable. The hotel is located next to Bellis Fair Mall, and with the snow, cars came to do donuts in the parking lot for hours, which was amusing if a little loud. Definitely a memorable week. Thank you Oxford for the comforting stay during a stressful time.

Friendly staff. Pet friendly. Prompt service.
I liked that it was a good distance from the road. Very quiet.

Enjoyed our stay except the pool & hot tub was closed for repairs. Wish they gave a discount or at least let us know before checking in that pool area not available.

It was great ! Very nice . Except we ordered king suite and for a queen size bed but very clean and nice ! Wish the free drink and snack wasn’t just in the evening tho
