We have now stayed several times here, and were happy with all the ammenities and had everything we needed. The only areas we didn't like were the garden which wasn't really a garden, and the outside was scruffy. If I wanted a swim I wouldn't have used the pool as the bottom needed cleaning.

It’s very basic. Right on a roundabout so truck noise is a problem. 3 nights stay isn’t serviced. The heating didn’t work.

Relatively clean, however rubbish bin hadn't been emptied. Bathroom in family suite was quite dated with no privacy door on toilet.

Motel was ok for what we needed but so old and worn .... needs a little bit of work
Dangerous entry driveway is right on the round about so nearly had 2 up the backside incidents

Staff checked two of my staff out because they left keys on site as we're in construction not to loose there keys.
No notification to myself or Wotif they just took the money. Once caught out they then tried blaming me for their greed and bad choices, No refund has been given.

It was cold when we arrived. Room tokk several hours to heat up. Only 1 side electric blanket workef

The room looked as if it had been recently refurbished and was spotlessly clean. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. While the exterior and grounds were neat and clean the buildings looked a bit tired.
We had a quiet and comfortable night's sleep, but another blanket on the bed would have been nice as it was a cold night.
