Lovely hotel, very clean and modern apar**ent. Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners!
We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds.
Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system.
The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar!
Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!

Muy bien hotel. Spa estupendo aunque la ducha de vapor no funcionaba.Detalles en la habitación como agua y bombones
Hacía frío en las habitaciones, sólo se podía poner el aire acondicionado, el aire caliente no lo tienen enchufado.Nos proporcionaron mantas pero cuando estás fuera de la cama tienes que estar abrigado.Lo recomiendo si quieres pasar unos días tranquilos ir ahora en temporada baja. Buenas ofertas y tranquilidad.

Overall, pretty good, good food, excellent coffee.
Our experience was negatively influenced because of sewage odour in our room, due to overflow in the bathroom sink. We asked to change room but resort was full. They did a trea**ent which helped for one day but terrible odour was back. We complained again and never heard from anyone neither were we offered compensation. This was poorly handled and a bad experience. We were out a lot but we had to close the bathroom door in mornings and evenings and leave the patio door open.

The aparthotel is family oriented with very good miniclub and kids activities, this is the biggest plus for us. The indoor pool is excellent as well, although the water depth is quite deep so might not be suitable for non-swimmers.
The half board options are reasonably good as well. The cooking quality for dinner however still have some room for improvement.

My family very much enjoyed our stay! We wished we were on the beach but it was a five minute walk. The food was good and my six year old said it was the best food he’d ever eaten (chocolate fountain, pizza, churros). I wish we had known about all the many things happening at the resort because we probably missed most. Mini disco must for all families with littles. So cute!

Perfect location. Not too far from the beach, restaurants & cafes. Hotel is very clean, restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, but there was one female receptionist who wasn’t very friendly at all.
