The staff was very friendly and helpful. Th location was nice because it was quite around the hotel but only 1 exit up was tons of shopping and places to eat. I wasn’t happy with the up keep of the place. Our room smelled moldy, the bathroom wasn’t very clean like the toilet and shower had some dirt and the ice bucket wasn’t clean at all. The indoor hot tub and pool was not working. One of the comforters was all torn up that was on one of the beds. The water would never get hot so we took lukewarm showers and with it being freezing outside all you wanted was a hot shower at the end of the day. The kitchen area was clean and the service was great. The kitchen needs a microwave though. If you wanted anything heated up you had to go back to your room and do it. We stayed 4 nights

They do NO cleaning unless you stay longer than 3 nights so you have to ask for more towels. No Kleenex in the plastic boxes. Just ok

I had to stay each week for a couple months in Ft Worth for business. This is the best in the area for a two star type hotel. Indoor Hot tub and pool were nice. Gym has good equipment. Bed is the softest of all the hotels in the area and the breakfast is the best with a very helpful attendant that has been cited in several other reviews.

the covers were dirty
A/C units where missing the nobs so really couldn’t change the settings so it was cold

The front desk clerk was very professional and personable. Inside and outside of property were presentable.

Checked into room that wasn't clean and was promptly and friendly moved to another room but not before making sure it was clean. Seen some maintenance issues that need to be addressed, like grab bar needing to be fixed

The staff at comfort suites in Benbrook, Texas are top-notch. The breakfast is amazing and are very helpful and the place is really nice. I would love to visit there again soon.

The service was good just disappointed with the room that was given because we had a pet. Overall it was good but we will not be returning to a comfort inn.

When we arrived, I had several questions about the form they want me to sign. The employee at the front desk kept saying in a very rude tone, if you don't like it go stay someplace else. The 1st room he gave us was dirty, hair on the bed and pillows, the room and couch had stains on it. The spread had white powder coming out of it, when you touch it. The room and hallway did not smell clean, it smelled like pet odor. The 2nd room was nasty and dirty in the bathroom the previous guest used the toilet and it was not flushed. This room also smelled like pet odor. We went back to the desk to advise the desk clerk of the issues. He said if you don't like it you can go to another hotel. We asked for the manager, the manager is his son and he called him on the phone. We were advised that they cancel our reservation. This place is nasty and needs to be report to the health depar**ent.
