Hotel Helios is excellent and clean 4 star hotel Our room was great with lovely and good balcony. The room were cleaned each day by friendly and pro maid service. We had a half board for one week. All food was amazing and something for everyone. There was much choice for breakfast and dinner. We had a big wedding anniversary during our visit and hotel managers sent a surprise delivery to our room with a bottle of sparkling wine, a beautiful greeting card and sweets. Many thanks :) All staff was were friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks to all staff and managers ….we will be back :)

Another great stay at The Helios. We have stayed here a number of times over the past few years. If I have 1 small criticism it would be some of the food wasn’t the best quality. But we always found something to fill us up. The Hotel is very clean everywhere and the pool area is great with plenty of sunbeds.

Fab hotel. Great location, lovely grounds and nice pool. Was close to the lively areas but managed to stay quiet and relaxed and a relief from the hustle and bustle. Rooms are nice, we had a balcony overlooking some bars but we never heard any noise from them. Close to beach too. Would stay here again if I came back to Benidorm. Breakfast was great also with lots to choose from.

This was our 5th stay here in under 2 years, I just love the hotel, the staff and the location is faultless. The hotel is very clean, with a great pool, snack bar and spa. The staff cannot do enough for you and are super friendly. Love the guy who books us in to the restaurant for breakfast, so professional and its as if he remembers everyone. Street appeal is great, the place looks fab from the outside and the internal reception area is always gleaming. Location is superb, just 5 mins walk from the beach, the nightlife, the shops and the weekly market. This said, and considering how close to the nightlife it is, you never hear any noise, you can sit on the balcony at night and it is still lovely. One thing I love about this place is, there are no rowdy groups, stags or hen parties. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the cleaners are thorough. I really cannot fault this hotel and would not stay anywhere else, I'm even returning in December 2024 and staying for Christmas, and I cannot wait!!

Stayed at the Presidente and the Gold Acros, First time at The Helios, had room only so cannot comment on the food, rooms and pool just as good as The Presidente and Gold IMO. Staff very friendly. Very clean and nice balconies. If I had one flaw it would be the gym, no free weights at all!? They need to invest in some dumbbells and kettlebells, three cardio machines and a multi gym which was out of order.. it was circa £800 cheaper for 4nts than Presidente and about £450 cheaper than The Gold, would come again.

A wonderful hotel. Extremely tasty food and varied. Friendly staff. Excellent location. They are always ready to help at the reception. And here is the moment to give special thanks to Angela. We would definitely return to this hotel again.

Can’t fault the hotel from start to finish everything was just perfect , rooms Are spotless and cleaned daily if you want them we did every 2 days for fresh sheets / towels / toilet roll. Breakfast was lovely buffet style and you can eat as Much or as little as you want, pool bar for drinks and food is great and prices are very reasonable. At night you can sit round the pool and have a drink and there was music. Nothing is too much trouble for the hotel, tomorrow Friday we leave at 17:25 so we leave the room at 12 and we have booked the shower before we depart as we will sit at the pool Before we leave. Luggage will be stored in a secure room til we leave. Will defo be back and highly recommend it’s right next to all the bars including the famous neptunes ( Morgan’s tavern) out the tv show and uncle peds is cheap Which is round the corner.

Absolutely amazing!!! We cannot recommend this hotel enough. My partner and I stayed here for my 30th birthday. The staff are so friendly and kind, Angela, Angel and Diego was amazing, communication was perfect and they had organised a bottle of champagne to be sent to our room with macarons for my birthday. Such a special touch! We also received free spa access as we booked through their website, the spa was lovely! Rooms were spotless, breakfast was AMAZING!!!! Omelettes made Infront of you, pancakes, Full English! You could even enjoy a glass of sparkling wine with your breakfast for free. We will definitely be back and definitely recommend!!!

Stayed for a couple of nights. Excellent location, modern facilities with attentive staff and good car parking. Very close to the lively night scene, but couldn’t hear anything in our room. Lots of sun beds available around the pool. In particular the life guard was very helpful, taking glasses back to the bar, supporting disabled bathers.
