Has a great experience. Lots of good options. Loved the golf carts to get around the property.
The staff were attentive and did great!

The property is big .
It smells.
People that work there are not all friendly .
Not enough food options .
Weird rules with food.
I felt like some of it was a scam honestly

Loved the kids team by the pool & playroom at Sunrise - where we spent most of our time.
The coffee shop was easier to order with at Sunrise without having to use room numbers and wait

There were a broad variety of restaurants but all mostly felt the same. Wait times for restaurants were extremely long. Shuttle bus came around every 15 minutes- sometimes a golf cart driver would be willing to take you but it seems that when you ask workers pretty much anything- they are extremely rude. (so, just avoid high traveling times) But otherwise the pools were beautiful and very well maintained. The property overall stayed very clean at all times! Plenty of options for pools and bars. Nizuc was much more family friendly than Sunrise and would definitely come again!

Resort was amazing!!!! We were very pleased with our rooms and all the amenities this place has to offer, food was super delicious!!!. We also had a last minute party planning in the resort and we were well taken care of with everything we wanted to make that day memorable. I was so impressed that I purchased on site another vacation to use in 18 months to any of their resorts. We will definitely keep on booking vacations at this property and other properties from their chain.

Both steak houses, italian & mexican good. Buffets, other restaurants not good. Cocktails, entertain.ent, and housekeeping poor.

Staff weren’t friendly to children in the children’s play room. the water was turned off to the room for 2 hours. Couldn’t use the bathroom or shower in the room, needed to use public one. Hotel was not apologetic

Staff was friendly and polite, helped at every chance. Staying here provided access to 6 other resort locations with the same all inclusive benefits.
