Good location with rooms providing what you need. Shower space a bit small but othewrise it was fine. The lift is very slow and small so in a larger group you are best taking the stairs. We didn't have breakfast here but were hapoy with the stay.

very clean rooms and bathroom. courtesi kettle is only inside some rooms...should be in every room. coffe and tea bags were not replaced.... beds are confortable sofa is not if those few things are improved it will be an excellent hotel near underground and train from airport

The hotel was not worth the cost. The room was poor and not clean. The bathroom smelled of the sewer and it was smelling in the room too. The aircon did not work and the noise fra the street was so loud you could not open the windows. All together it was a very poor experience and we will definitely not Come back again. Choose another hotel.

Hotel: + great location + good internet (zoom call with video was possible) - slow elevator (and only one) - stairs to get to the elevator and reception, though there is a wheelchair lift at the back of the hotel. Room: + good size - the decorative lamps on the wall are getting hot and are not child-friendly - no kettle and no fridge - dirty behind the curtains Staff + friendly Breakfast + everything there you need except bacon - only hard boiled eggs and not taking requests for other eggs

The hotel is well maintained with very nice staff and a very good breakfast. The pricing is also very reasonable and the location is perfect for shopping and transportation in and out of the city. The only problem (and the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars) is the fact that there is a club just across the street from the hotel, and during weekend nights there is super loud music playing that is well heard even with closed windows on the rooms facing the front. If you can get a back room there’s no problem, but if you plan to stay on Thursday-Sunday and are in a front facing room I wouldn’t recommend if you care about sleeping…

Pros and Cons but the safety issue was my biggest concern. We stayed here for 4 nights and liked the location a lot for the price. Near food, transportation and anything you can want. Even a nearby laundromat was good. The staff at the desk was nice and helpful every time I stopped. The breakfast looked fine, but we didn’t pay extra for it. The bed was comfortable. The Cons: I love there is no carpet, carpets are nasty. But the floor was dirty enough we had to put a towel down to wipe our feet before getting into bed. It was cool out so we needed the window open. One window was set to not open. The 3rd night there the other huge window began to fall out of the frame. DH had to hold it in place and prop it with a towel. We didn’t want to tell the desk because we figured they would lock it closed and it was too stuffy for that. I am grateful I noticed, were it to fall it would have been awful! The window is about 5’X6’ and very heavy. The other HUGE safety issue is the shower. It is a small, about 3’X3’. The supply knob is in the center and moves up/down/hot/cold very easily. Both of us accidentally hit it and would have scorched ourselves if we weren’t quick. I would be very leery about a child taking a shower in there. It was very slippery with no mat.

I stayed here for four nights and am very pleased I chose this hotel. Alexanderplatz has great transport connections and the hotel is very close to the station. The entrance to the hotel is small and low key but don’t let that put you off. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast area is quite small and cosy and well decorated with beautiful lighting. There are pancakes, various bread and rolls, cheese, salad, cereal, youghurt, fruit salad, fruit and muffins available. There is a coffee machine and various teas and also fruit juices. The breakfast was open between 06.00 – 10.00 when I was there so plenty of time to eat and never too crowded (I was asked roughly when I would be eating in the morning but this could be flexible). The rooms are comfortable with a sofa and a small area with hangers for your clothes and a small bathroom with a shower, basic toiletries (hand soap and combined showel gel/ shampoo) and a hair dryer. The beds and pillows are good quality but I wish the thick duvet had had a sheet around it so you could have only used the sheet as I found the duvet too hot at night. The room was very hot in general and I had to use the air condition whenever I was in the room (I am normally quite cold) and also at night. You can open the windows as well though for fresh air. There is also a desk, chair and large tv in the room. There is no tea or coffee maker in the room so bring your own if you need this. The wifi was ok most of the time and didn’t require a log in or password. The lift in the hotel is old and quite slow so I used the stairs most of the time. I found the hotel really quiet and didn’t hear any noise from any other guests during my stay. I also didn’t hear any noise from the street outside – ask for a room a bit further away from the street if you think street noise will bother you. You can leave your bag in the hotel after check out (12.00) if you have an evening flight and you are also welcome to stay in the lobby and help yourself to water, tea and coffee whilst you wait. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Hotel accogliente, colazione a buffet ottima e abbondante. ottima posizione. Camera doppia non molto grande, ma pulita e accogliente. Il nostro cane non ha pagato. Consiglio il parcheggio a pagamento coperto Alexa Parking a circa 300m dall’hotel.

Muy buen hotel,personal amigable. Sobresale una chica, Jasmine, super amable, quien nos trato divinamente. El desayuno muy bueno. POdes hacerte pancakes. Variado y abundante. La mejor onda de Berlin!!!! Habitaciones comodas, limpias
