Good price/value. Huge Vietnamese market behind the hotel (can eat and shop there).
Don't get rooms facing the road as the tram is very noisy and goes all through the night! Tram M8 takes some 35 minutes to Berlin Hauptbahnhof/Central Station, alternatively can connect to S-Bahn. No 24/7 reception (but late arrivals can get the key by code I think). Can find free parking outside the hotel.
Rooms in the ground floor have stairs inside the rooms (might be a bit inconvenient for elderly). We had handicap room which was nice but no shower curtain, so after shower had to wipe the bath (rubber broom provided). The building was an old electrical factory in GDR times and got refurbished into a hotel, so everything is quite new and rooms have high ceiling. Dogs also allowed (extra 10€), secured parking on site (10€), breakfast (10€), free coffee machine in the lobby (no water kettle in the room, no fridge).

The hotel was very clean and neat, and the rooms were very comfortable. The beds had some of the largest pillows i have seen and i like them a lot, and the beds themselves were also really comfortable.
It was possible to control the temperature of the rooms individually, and the air climate was great even when the outside was a bit warm.
The staff was very helpful when i asked questions about how masks are used in Germany during covid-19. I arrived very late on my first day (00:20) and they were still very helpful.
The hotel is also very close to several tram stops, the closest one is about a minute or two away by foot.

Für den Besuch der Gedenkstätte Hohenschönhausen hatte ich dieses Hotel in der näheren Umgebung gefunden und gebucht. Das Zimmer für eine Nacht groß genug und sauber. Das Bett bequem, die Vorhänge verdunkeln das Zimmer ganz gut. Parkplatz kann hinzugebucht werden. Die Öffnung der Klobrille ist für XXL ausgelegt, da muss man aufpassen... Manko: es gibt nur einen Lift im Gebäude. Einfach mal Wikipedia bemühen und sich die Geschichte des VEB durchlesen.

Sehr laut! Frühstück am ersten Tag zu wenig Auswahl da Mitarbeiter unaufmerksam! Wasser wurde nicht täglich aufgefüllt!

Modernt och trendigt hotell med bra service. Inrymd i en gammal industrilokal så mycket betong i allmänna utrymmen. Ligger tyvärr lite off men spårvagn till centrum går utanför.

Das Personal gibt sich cool und lässig an der Rezeption. Jeder wird konsequent geduzt. Wer's mag, dem wird es gefallen. Die Umgebung des schicken H24 ist eher weniger einladend, Industriebrachen bestimmen das Bild. Das Hotel selbst, vormals wahrscheinlich selbst ein Industriegebäude, wirkt frisch restauriert und ist überall sauber, einschließlich der gut eingerichteten Zimmer. Das Foyer mit Bar ist wirklich schick. Frühstück gibt es in Preisabstufungen von Basic (10 €) bis Vollversorgung (20 €). Gute Idee! Parkplätze für 12 € im Hinterhof. Verkehrstechnisch ist das H24 mit der Tram fast vor der Tür gut angeschlossen.
