Standard super 8. Nothing distinguishing

There was no clock in the room. Thermostat was hard to adjust to the right temperature. There was an odor in the room - not foul but not normal.

The room was funky setup…sink was not in the bathroom. No hot water in morning, bathtub/shower knobs were corroded, and it was very noisy in the morning-road noise.

Cameron at check in is always helpful and friendly. Other staff are very helpful in ensuring that I reserve a room away from street noise. 👍

The Front desk person was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The room was spotless, The Microwave and shower did not work. The Air-conditioner made a high-pitched buzzing noise that was really annoying. I ended up turning it off.

I booked the hotel so that I could arrive in town for an emergency hoping to get a few hours of sleep and a nice hot shower before having to return to the emergency in the AM and then having to go directly to work in the morning. The property was very clean I was impressed with how courteous the staff were and how nice everything was until I tried to take a bath or a shower and there was no hot water it was freezing cold on a night that was Frosty outside that was a real bummer! Everything else was good I was surprised but the shower and the hot bath before work the next morning was a priority and not able to happen

No complaints. I slept well, stayed warm and found the check-in staff really well!!

Cameron at the front desk is always very helpful and courteous. Got a peaceful, restful nights rest.
