The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly.
The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world.
Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey.
The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

Great Hotel in Bern. Centrally located, extraordinary staff. Felt welcomed frim the first to last minute of my 4 night stay. Great lobby bar for Gin enthusiasts. The views from the terrasse are spectacular. Nicely furbished and updated room.

Bellevue Palace has the perfect location between Bundeshaus, Museumsviertel and old city As a teaser Start with a guided tour in the morning (Münster) - 2h is a good start Visit Einstein Museum in the afternoon Dinner at the VUE - drinks at the bar Good stay with excellent service - we will tell our friends about the hotel and the visit of Bern

we stayed at Bellevue Palace for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed - excellent service, exceptionally clean and well maintained and we had a nice view of te river and alps. Highly recommended and we will be using this hotel on our next visit.

Bellevue offers the perfect location for work and networking in Bern. Staff is very helpful. On site, it^s easy to find or book a quiet spot for business discussions. Quality of food, and the great view on the Aar river are also very appreciated.

So bad service. Never book them! Overprice, bad food, lieing! Had such a bad experience. Find something better. Rooms dirty. Even asked for the manage team, they couldn’t help. So bad service. The receptions was not kind, they was angry, and not service minded

In a privileged situation, with a fantastic view over the Aar and the Bern Alps, our Suite junior was a nice gift we gave ourselves for a nice weekend. Nothing missing in this room, with two balconies, a fantastic bed with too soft pillows (only point we disliked). Fantastic restaurant, though expensive, very good breakfast service and excellent staff, worth of a 5-stars hotel. We will certainly come back!

We had a wonderful stay. We loved the hotel and the staff were wonderful. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend. We also loved the town of Bern and would like to see more of it when we return

A grande dame in the heart of Bern, next to the Federal institutions and owned by the Swiss Confederation! We spent one night end of December, the welcome, the attention of the team was just outstanding, from the concierge to the front desk, the Bellevue bar, the VUE restaurant and the breakfast service, a special note to Adis, who organized ginger for my morning tea as I felt a beginning of cold. This has to be highlighted, as it came with heart and empathy. All the team is smiling and really looking after you above the procedures. The rooms are large and comfortable bedding, very clean. A recommendation, avoid rooms looking over the interior court yard. The brasserie - VUE is well designed (mixing contemporary furniture within a Belle Epoque room), the cuisine is perfect as well as the service! Also, ask for the city ticket (free of charge), allowing you to use public transportation within the city for free.
