Nice comfortable stay for a reasonable price! We had gone on a family vacation (2 adults and 2 kids) and stayed here for 3 nights. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to Premium room (had booked for Executive)! Check-in and Check-out process was smooth. Staff at reception were always attentive and special thanks to Mr. Vijay & Mr. Imran. It’s a relatively new hotel with a beautiful Façade, nicely decorated lobby (it was extra beautifully decorated, because of Christmas), clean lobby and nice cozy rooms. Premium room had a sofa which could be converted into a fully functional bed and this made it even easier for us. Restaurant food is good at a reasonable price. Buffet breakfast is good as well (although not a very wide spread of items) including fruits, sprouts, cornflakes, Parathas / Puri and Omelette to order. Mr. ***ohar at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful and made things more comfortable. Only challenge I would say is lack of a covered parking space, for which cars needs to be parked in front of the hotel on the service road. Otherwise, it’s a cool and cozy hotel and we had a great experience. I will strongly recommend this hotel!

Disgusting experience! My early check in details were not noted by the Reservation Desk. Absolutely casual. Passing the buck. There is no proper coordination among the staff. The Breakfast needs to be upgraded. Items looks mediocre and the tea served is not hot.

Newly built, excellent comfortable stay, beautiful property, we stayed there for 1 night and 2 days , got a great deal from mr vikram the propety ***ager, initially we booked 2 rooms but after checking in we booked 2 more rooms, its a absolute new property spacious rooms with big glass windows for first light of morning to wake you up, a perfect location for habibganj station, bhojpur, bhimbetika caves, salkanpur, and other hep places of bhopal 10no market, mp nagar . We had luch which was extremly tasty , it took some as we wer 12 folks to eat and they prepare fresh post order. Breakfast was complimentary with all basic menu. Each room is spacious with all rather more than basic amenities . A big sofa cum bed was a big factor to add to our comfort. Turned to perfect bed when needed. The entrance is a perfect photocentric studio experience , most of clicks was i their reception area, Mr Vikram and his team were very professional and courteous completly focussed on customer delightful experience. A must must recommended property for corporate travellers and families on holiday, rather we booked as a break over before our next destination. Worked perfectly. Stayed at Bastion hotel, the hotel is Excellent. Really enjoyed the stay!! The room was in the good condition and fully stuffed with the amenities you need during the stay. The housekeeping doing great job to keep the property upto over standards, Really enjoyed the stay . special thanks to Vijay from, There took really good caring and very helpful of us. Have Dinner in restaurant at Bastion hotel ,must try Their Hara bhara kebab, Kadhai Paneer You Don't believe it , They are very Tasty. Mocktail also very Good, Overall it's Good Dine In Restaurant. Services are very Prompt, talking all Precaution in the Hotel Restaurant

In my opinion if u r looking for good hotel in Hoshangabad Road bhopal then go with Hotel Bastion, Very neat n clean hotel with humble staff. They are very cooperative in all terms. Highly recommend this hotel,good stay with good food.

The room were clean . Room size will differ depending upon tarrif ,i rented the smallest one but it was still good and atmospheric was clean. The lighting of the hotel and interior is one of the best I have seen Only think u disliked was size of pillow. It should be made in small size but with fluffiness. Else it was causing cervical pain because of the size

Clean Rooms and Corridors, Staff efficient, Nice Ambiance, Systematic Arrangement , good accessibility, Uber easily available all time , Air Port just 30 min away , WONDERFUL BREAKFAST , GOOD EXPERIENCE. ALL THE BEST TEAM .
