Hotel Kbn

Shower not working and ac not working condition so it's not business development executive noted that next time i will be change the hotel

Charges are not as per hotel condition. It should be around 1400 only with this condition, bed condition is also not good.

Hotel is not maintained well. Bad interiors and bathrooms. But food was good. Staff is limited and cleaning is not good.

Bathroom was not clean. Bathroom closet was not cleaned since last 1 month it seems. At night, bathroom used to stink. Ac is very old. We saw cello tapes on the ac. We informed hotel early that we would be checking in late. So they had plenty of time to clean room before check in. Heater was also not working. Door handle had an issue. All this we got in executive room. The hotel seems to be in loss.

Room large but unclean, commode is dirty, bed sheets and pillow covers are not properly washed and took lot of time to change. Breakfast is good but not many varieties. Staff are helpful but it seems management is not much interested

The stay was near perfect in terms service delivery experience. Food indeed was the best part of the stay. Rooms were specious however they needed serious maintenance, particularly the bathrooms were in really bad condition, leaking taps, loose fittings, and overall cleanliness of bathroom, had a huge toll on experience.

Unhygienic and disgusting hotel. I paid 4 star money and when I reached the hotel I was so disappointed. Doors and mirrors had hand marks including dirt and grimme. 🤢🤮 Toilet had discolored. I had to ask to have the bed sheets changed and blankets had cigarette burns. And room smelled of smoke. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others. It's totally grouse as.

Worst hotel. Please don't stay here. Washroom not cleaned from ages. Very dirty frequent power cuts. Ill behaved staff. Dirty ambience. Stinking room. No lights at the corridors. Ghostly atmosphere. Power
