It’s a great hotel. The food is great and the location is also fantastic for skieing. The piste is great for kids. It’s a rather small area so the kids are very safe. We have stayed here 3 times already and will probably continue coming back. The hotel is rather warm during winter times.

Just a great place and excellent setting next to the ski slopes! Great options of sport and wellness! A great variety of food at the buffet including healthy ones, a place to remember and definitely to come back to.

Went for skiing holiday with the family. Perfect location right at the slope and the lift. Skiroom, room for shoes, a nice bar, perfect breakfast every morning, here you get everthing you need for a nice holiday!!!

Absolutely loved this place! The decor was funky with the building being a large square with ramps in the middle so you can walk up with your bikes and luggage. The views of the mountains were breathtaking. The breakfast was really good. We had a room for four which had an extra room for storage. All staff were nice and very efficient. The only downside was that it doesn’t have air conditioning but we opened the large window and it was fine.

We have stayed at My Tirol for 5 years now, we have enjoyed and its been a warm welcome every year, staff are always very helpful. Only comment would be, it would be nice to see the buffet meal labels to be in english along with food allergy information

After reading some of the previous reviews I have been not sure, if we pick the right plase. But upon arival, check in and actually the whole stay I realized, that the hotel is really good! We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the whole ambience, great wellness area (BTW, the relax area which is right at the wellness area is pretty small, but there is another big relaxing room on the floor, just 10 m across the coridor. It was not bothering at all to get there. Food was really good. Breakfast with good and wide selection (they make really good omelets), dinner pretty tasty. To me well spent money for the half board. What is fantatstic is the location with proximity to the ski slope. Yes, there are just few slopes in this particular place, but during our stay, there was just a few other skiers. There are skibuses, which could take you to other slopes in Lermoos or to the Zugspitze arena. I would definitelly think about this hotel during our next ski trip planning.

Great hotel with lots of amenities. We traveled with our 10 year old son and the hotel offered everything we could wish for. Great breakfast buffet in the morning and tasty dinner options at night. Clean, comfy, spacious and in a fantastic area with lots to do. We will be back!

Hotel bardzo duży, położony na wzgórzu i wypełniony gośćmi aż po brzegi. Idealnie dostosowany dla miłośników sportów zimowych, wspinaczki czy wędrówek po górach, osób które po aktywnym dniu relaksują się w basenie, pijąc drink w lobby, czy grając w billard. Pokój hotelowy posiada wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia jak na swój standard. Nie jest to na pewno hotel dla osób, które wypoczywają ciesząc oko luksusowym wystrojem, a bardziej dla osób w ciągłym ruchu. W hotelu można zjeść pyszne śniadanie, w ciepłe dni na tarasie z pięknym widokiem na góry i konie. Nie oceniam jednak obiektu na maksymalną ilość gwiazdek, ponieważ dokupiłam udogodnienie w postaci widoku na góry, jednak zasłaniała mi go za oknem wysoka balustrada z mlecznego szkła. Nie miałabym nic do zarzucenia jeśli byłby to balkon, ale niestety balkonem nie był. W dodatku na stole bilardowym znajdowały się wióry szkła lub jakiegoś metalu, niewidoczne gołym okiem, które weszły mi w rękę podczas gry. Nie udzielono mi żadnej pomocy, zaoferowano jedynie plaster, a potrzebowałam narzędzi, aby to szkło z dłoni wyciągnąć.

Wir waren als Familie schon zum vierten Mal im My Tirol, dass Hotel bietet gerade für die Kinder von 6-12 Jahren viel Abwechslung. Pool, Kino, Kletterwand und weitere Spielmöglichkeiten wie Billard und Anderes werden von unseren Kindern gern angenommen. Für die Erwachsenen gibt es einen Fitnessraum, Sauna und eine große Bar mit vielen Rückzugsbereichen. Die Küche finden wir immer wieder sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Auch das vegetarische Angebot ist vielseitig. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind immer sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt je nach Bedarf mit Aushang an der Tür, das hat auch immer gut funktioniert. Mit dem Schnee auf der Piste hatten wir diesmal kein Glück, bei 12 Grad war die Piste im unteren Bereich eine Herausforderung .
