I've stayed at this property and have liked it. Nice clean rooms. This stay, the pool was closed. The gym was open, but all of the equipment was removed. It was an empty room. Toiletries in my room were never replaced when the previous occupant was in the room. Shampoo & Conditioner bottles were empty. Tissue box had 3 sheets. The breakfast was not much to speak of.

I came here on my way back from Edmonton Alberta Canada , I just want to say this was one of the nicest hotels I had stayed at.
Everything had been refreshed. The staff was superior and so friendly and welcoming.
The pool is under repair at the time I stayed but I believe I was given an upgrade that more than made up for it.
Thank you for the great stay

Tammy at the front desk was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the area, and offered cookies!! My room was very clean and bed was comfortable!! Will be stay here again.

My sheet had sand on it and the ice machine was broken and our TV would not get The football game

The ice machine was broken and the swimming pool was out of use, there was not any butter or cream cheese with the breakfast. There REALLY needs to be a sign for the hotel at the driveway turn in.

They removed me from the accessible room I booked, I guess because I wasn't in a wheelchair she said someone else may need that room. The bathrooms are easier to use because the walk in shower. I bumped into a housekeeper as I was exiting the bathroom. I think she was there in inspect the room they transferred me to. She was polite. The pool was broken and the breakfast had hot eggs and carbs. The shopping was good in the area.

The staff were very nice and accommodating when we asked to check in early. Accommodations were dated, but clean. Good value for just using the hotel to sleep. Breakfast in the morning was a nice touch before our long drive. Different shopping and restaurant options close by. Airport just down the road.

The bed was horrible, there were bugs coming out of the drain and no housekeeping unless you asked. The breakfast was better then all carbs like most. It was right near the malls.
