위치는 좋으나 베이직한 호텔입니다 조식은 추천하지않습니다 빌바오 미술관 구겐하임 미술관에 가실예정이면 걸어서 15분정도라 괜잖습니다

just got back from bilbao stayed in this hotel twice i can not fault this hotel the hotel staff where great they speak very good english the food is wonder full the rooms i found very comfortable i will be back at this hotel at some point can i say thank you to every one at the hotel

I've been on a business trip and the hotel is conveniently located for various destinations. It meets the price/quality ratio well. You have the Guggenheim Museum right across if you have spare time. There are restaurants nearby and the metro is just across the river. Breakfast is varied and the staff is very helpful and friendly, especially José from the reception.

Lovely hotel. Centrally located. Very handy for exploring Bilboa town. Very clean. Receptionist and staff really made this hotel. Very easy check in and staff so so friendly and kind. They were able to suggest things to do while in Bilboa and extremely helpful if we needed anything. Oksana was especially lovely to us and we appreciated all the tips, so thank you very much. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Bilboa.

On the banks of the Nervion riverit was perfectly situated for a visit to the Guggenheim , the old city and a stroll along the most magnificent gardens along the banks of the river. The hotel itself is extremely well run and the buffet breakfast was very good.

Recently stayed here on the first leg of our Camino. Great city centre location a few minutes from the Guggenheim Museum. Rooms are relatively small but very comfortable with decent towels/ toiletries. Perhaps a ten minute walk from the Old Town which is worth a visit given the huge array of bars/restaurants there. Nice breakfast in the morning. Would certainly stay there again. Understand there is parking in a separate but adjacent building.

Good location. Clean room. Little outdated. Balcony railing was very low. Toilet paper was single sheet, no bidee. Breakfast was good and decent options. Everything was a bit warm ex. butter was melting but breakfast was still good and no stomach issues. Friendly staff. On arrival there was no. English service. But afterwards there was. I got good tips for sights seeing ND restaurants. Would visit again.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Very comfortable and decent breakfast. The trip was made extra special by the friendly receptionist Oksana. She was warm and welcoming and gave us great advice on where to visit and where to eat. Thank you! Recommend the location too. Really close to the old town and the Guggenheim.

Perfect location right opposite the pedestrian bridge making it an easy walk to the Guggenheim and shopping and bar area. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a wide selection. All staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is a 2-3 minute walk
