There seemed to be surveillance and cameras were being used.
There appeared to be slalkers that were watching me. There were numerous attempts to open the door but the door held securely. A tall older female clerk caught two people messing with the door and ran them off with stern warnings to not return to the property. I am immensely grateful for her alertness and prompt decisive response. I could not have defended myself as I was convelscing from surgery. I am immensely grateful. Thank you.

Safe, quiet, convenient, and free shuttle to hotel! Have stayed here more times than I can count and I always have a great experience.

Only 1 lamp in room - 2 queen beds - that lamp had no bulb, I was able to get a bulb from the front desk. Heat lamp and fan did not work in bathroom. Bathroom door had no handle - couldn't shut it all the way. We couldn't get the wi-fi to work, kept saying weak signal. The room did have very comfy beds.

Excellent trip with great customer service. Flight was outstanding, cleanliness of the airbus was top notch, extremely comfortable and roomy.

I'm an in town resident n just wanted to have a night alone from family, they require a $200 cash deposit for Billings residence to stay.

Not working entry light no heat loud noisy fan phone and tv not operating outlet falling out of the wall/loose. No drain plug in sink etc. Very poorly maintained room.

Dirty towels, hair from last guest still on pillows, light fixtures broken, smokey smell, floor has not been mopped. Front desk was friendly though! Rooms are not what the pictures depict. I slept in my sleeping bag ontop of the bed instead of risking those sheets. Would love a refund.

The in-room jetted tubs as advertised did NOT work, and that's why I booked and paid extra. The management were really defensive, borderline hostile about it. Terrible customer service

They are remodeling so things will only get better. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean, and quiet. The heater was quiet and didn’t fluctuate temperatures. Customer service was great. Shuttle was fast and greatly appreciated. We will be back
