Very impressed with air flow/ filtration in ******. It wasn’t smoky like the other ******s I’ve been to. My eyes and lungs thank you!

Great place. Only complaint was the hotel and ****** had the air conditioning so cold. The temperature outside was only 56

We enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the room. We had a few small issues that were addressed relatively quick enough.

The views from the room are breathtaking. Watching the sunset was beautiful.
Otherwise I feel employees at the hotel/******/cafe must all be seriously over worked 😕 and under appreciated. I don't recall the last time I was surrounded by such a negative work environment. I haven't seen a smile in 12 hours of being here.
The room is what I would expect in the price range. The bed was clean, the bathroom was clean.

The hotel itself was nice. Valet was closed for some reason. Parking in ****** garage and trying to carry luggage through there was not a good way to start. Room looked nice but had a terrible musty smell. We requested another room but none were available, evidently. A credit to use at restaurants or gift shop on property was given, and the room was “deodorized”. This helped, but the room remained humid and smelly for entire stay. Other than the terrible room, we had a good time.

It was apparent it was an older hotel, but they did a decent job in restoring furniture and rooms. We stayed in Biloxi for the last few days of Mardi Gras 2024 and for my wife to gamble away all of her savings (plus a lot of mine) and she said the gaming area and machines were not as large as she expected. The restaurant choices were less than the competition.

I would rate whole hotel experience a 2.5 stars. The hotel itself was a bit rundown. Our hotel room smelled like an ashtray and was in need of a makeover. Cabinet doors would not close properly and the shower had a few issues.
