路過伯明翰，很好的一家酒店。免費停車，含早餐，可以自己做鬆餅。員工熱情，環境優美 ，推薦入住。離酒店不遠的市場裏有很好吃的越南米粉，很適合中國胃。

We were first time guests with this hotel chain...it wont be our last! Check-in/out was quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, roomy, quiet, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that a complimentary meal was provided in the evening in addition to breakfast. The food was hot and delicious...very filling! We truly enjoyed our stay!!

This place was awesome! From the freshly popped popcorn when we entered the lobby to the cleanliness of the rooms this place delivered. Clean rooms. Pet friendly. Free drinks and buffet nightly. I can’t rave about our stay enough. Kudos! You have set the bar high!!

Had a mishap on the way and never stayed there. Paid in advance and I understood we would not get a refund, but on the day we were suppose to stay there we had an additional charge on my card. I called to ask why the additional charge and they told me to call back the next day and were so rude I called my card company to dispute the additional charge. Will never stay there. Thanks for asking so I can share this experience.

Staff was extremely dry. Not a welcoming personality. The manager (I guess he was) was very rude. 2 male staff were friendly one was bald and the other I believe was maintenance. The check in and out people were ok. Not as smiley and limited conversation

What a pleasant surprise as we enjoyed a hot supper with three beverages and a hot breakfast as well. All included for the price of the room. Very clean - everywhere!!

We booked this Hotel in Birmingham for our daughter’s travel Volleyball tournament at the Finley Center. Super convenient location with an indoor pool and hot tub. We were definitely surprised about the complementary adult beverages from 5:30-7pm and complementary dinner. Most Hotels barely have a breakfast bar. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend anyone with small children or any children to book this location.
