Pretty solid overall but the shower didn’t get that hot most evenings. There’s no freezer compartment in the mini fridge. I also stayed on the first floor and could hear EVERYTHING from above. Would stay again but on the second floor.

This should probably be rated a 2 star property rather than 3 star. The Heating/Air Conditioning was a through the wall unit that really did not provide good temperature control. The breakfast provided was among the worst I have experienced in motels. The worst part was that, although they had a couple of cold cereals (and not much else), they did not have any milk and were told that they hadn't for the past couple of days.

The keys to the room's door didn't work. We had to wait outside in the cold for the hotel staff to come and open the door for us. And that happened all the time we were staying. It was 3 times.

There are some human hairs in the bed… Terrible cleaning. But the environment is good, perfect view and quiet room.

There was good and bad in our stay. Staff were friendly. Accommodation was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything worked. However, the room badly needed some investment. Breakfast was disappointing - the hotel had run out of essentials like butter and yoghurt. The staff didn't pay attention only responding when a guest drew their attention to the absence of food and beverage items.

Very clean and spacious, with lots of counter space to lay out all your belongings. Easy check-in. Nothing spectacular, but nice quiet place to stay for 1 or 2 nights in Bishop. Would definitely return.

Came fly fishing for the weekend and enjoyed the facility and location of the hotel. Would recommend to anyone.

Value for the price was adequate. Nothing special about the room. Only 2 thin bath towels and the mattress leaned a little to one side, but it was fine for overnight.
