In the resort, in the district Mendrisiotto, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 500 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south-west facing position. For shared use: garden with lawn, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Private: patio, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the grounds. Stepped path (22 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Melide" 1 km, sandy beach "Figino" 5 km, bathing lake "Lago di Lugano" 500 m. The view is magnificent, and the apartment well equipped (but without washing machine). The photo with the swimming pool and the deckchairs behind is misleading: the 2 doors behind the deckchairs are those of the owners. We found the apartment very noisy:

Very nice apartment with a beautiful view of Lake Ceresio (Lake Lugano). The apartment is very well furnished. This is the second time we have stayed in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Mrs. Cremona is a loving hostess.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang der Hauseigentümerin.Einrichtung und Ausstattung wie beschrieben und erwartet.Haus liegt ganz oben am steilen Hang. Aussicht und Rundsicht ist umwerfend.Spaziergänge sind anstrengend wegen Treppen und steilen Strassen.

wunderschöne gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit top Aussicht auf See und Tessiner Hügel…. Und dazu sehr nette Vermieterin die darüber wohnt.Lage war für unsere Wanderungen und Tandemtouren optimal sodass wir in der Woche das Auto kaum brauchten.Nettes
