We paid for the room for 4 nights. It got housekeeping/maid service ONCE. I called the 2nd day and got an apology and a restock of some items. On the 3rd day I was angry and got a hold of the manger of the hotel and he said that their policy is to only clean the room on request. That policy was never posted anywhere on *******, during check-in process, or mentioned by any of the staff. Just told to me by the manger on the 3rd day. They did send a housekeeping staff who picked up trash, towels, and restock items on the 3rd day.
It's a nice and clean property, a little too warm in the hotel and ******. If it wasn't for the very unusual experience with the housekeeping، I would've said that this was a wonderful 5 star experience.
I complained again during checkout, so they refunded me 2 nights of resort fees, about $60. Not enough.
We would've left to another hotel but we paid for the entire stay through *******.
Very disappointed, won't be back again.

Nice hotel, comfy bed and pillows. Parking was a nightmare. How to access elevators to our room was confusing at first.

We called ahead as it was for a birthday party and upgraded the room. The room had the wrong champagne, they said they’d have rose pedals laid out, but none of that happened.
Once in the room, it was nice, they had a complimentary room for upgraded guests for drinks and appetizers. What they didn’t say until you left was drinks weren’t free…so surprise number 3 of the trip.
Everyone passed the buck, check in folks, management as to who was responsible. Facts are we had 7 rooms that night to celebrate and the staff all said it was someone else’s job for anything we asked.

We love to go to the ******s when we go to Colorado each year. Last year we discovered The Monarch after staying at another ****** resort years past. After last year we loved it and we will now do our annual trip to Colorado with a monarch stay.

It was our first time and we really enjoyed the ease of parking and checking in. The staff was wonderful, rooms spacious and clean, and the variety of gaming options. We didn’t have time to eat much but will try the restaurants next time.

Monarch was overall really good. The property itself still feels new and clean. The rooms were quite nice. We had dinner one night at the Bistro which was ok: good service just thought the food was mediocre for the price. Had breakfast at the 24/7 lounge and I would say that was a nice/classic breakfast spread. Pool/hot tub area is nice and I really appreciated that they have "adult swim" hours! Overall I would recommend and stay again.
