When we arrived we were met by the owner who quite frankly wasn't welcoming at all compared to other places we have stayed in. The room was very cold as we were at the top of the house, the shower cubicle was dirty with either eye lashes or something else and the shower itself wasn't clean. The heater in the bathroom didn't work. There was no breakfast in the morning as my partner was the only person in the hotel and they didn't see the point of cooking. The bar is dated and again didn feel welcoming. I have seen some reviews which say the opposite. Its just a shame we saw the not so good side and it will be one we won't visit again especially as we stay in Blackpool every weekend.

We booked a night away for our family 2+2 (teens) Very clean and comfy rooms, lovely soft bedding and comfy beds . Free Wi-Fi kept kids happy 🤪 great hosts !!!! Sandra and John were very accommodating and really friendly , 😊 Will definitely visit again 👍🏻

Stayed for 3 nights and had an excellent stay , the room was lovely and clean , own key to front door , made us feel very welcome , breakfast lovely and sandra and john are such a lovely couple , definitely will be going back 😊

You have tryed the rest now try the best , we’re John and Sandra will be waiting to give you the best warm welcome you have ever had from a hotel in Blackpool. It’s spotless very tasteful decorated and price Are really good . Family friends get together book here you won’t be disappointed.

Best bed and breakfast in Blackpool , rooms are absolutely spotless, the hosts are great friendly people, the breakfast is beautiful, you have tried the rest now try the best and you will want to come back again and again .

Found a lovely little gem in the bianca, it’s in a great location,rooms are very clean and cosy. Made to feel very welcome.. most defiantly will back.Did not sample the breakfast but we will next time, already can’t wait to return and will defiantly be recommending to family/friends.
