Alexandra Hotel

A small room but very comfortable, close to local amenities and attractions.

Me and partner had a one night stay at the hotel over the bank holiday weekend and it was brilliant. The manager was extremely helpfully and welcoming and was a great help with our parking issue. We were more than pleased with the room, clean comfy and plenty of room. Only down side was the smell of **** in the downstairs corridor at night but not bad enough to put us off coming back. Very nice hotel and hosts.

Clean fresh bedding, super soft pillows Lovely hosts, clean comfortable room, help yourself breakfast cereal,tea, toast butter marmalade, cheese, all you require, 2 minutes to seafront. Will be back.

I can only say this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. We have been kept up till approx 04:30am by two men sitting in the breakfast area talking very loudly. They kept going out and slamming the hotels main door. If you love your sleep avoid. It ruined our day at Pleasure Beach as we were both too tired

Lovely welcoming from the host who brought us to our rooms and was very friendly. The rooms upon looking were perfect and modern however the walls are far too thin! You can literally hear everything that’s going on in the next room, this includes hearing people been sick at 6am and full conversations between other guests in the next room for 2 hours after that. When the next room wakes up you get woken up, would not stay again for this reason which is a shame.

Thankfully the alexandra hotel were able to accommodate us at short notice after booking other accomodation that was horrendous . Most definitely the cleanest and most modern hotel i have stayed in Blackpool . Would definitely use again as 10 mins walk from pleasure beach and sandcastle water park . Thanks for a fantastic stay . .

This hotel is a excellent place to stay its really clean and tidy even though it is getting renovated. Anamaria the owner/ manager couldn’t do enough for me she made me feel welcome and comfortable. The room that we stayed in was really nice and spacious everything we needed we got without any fuss it’s just a really nice hotel in general I recommend this hotel to anyone I give it 5 stars all day long and would definitely come back to stay anytime

The 4th of July I booked to stay at the hotel from the 5/7 oh my god never on arriving I was a bit early I went to the door rang the ring a door bell the guy started talking to me I said is my room ready he said no come back in a few hours wow he was very abrupt he really bothered me I went back not long after and here’s when it starts I rang the door bell he told me to step inside I did then he gave me a run down of what to do this guy was very abrupt again he seemed like he wanted to be in control he then rang me it got worse when he was telling me to go up stairs he the said I can see u I said really he kept saying that again and again when I got to the room he said it again he told me where the keys where he also asked if I was on my own wow that did Spook me why ask a single woman that I didn’t even look round the room but it was very plain and it smelt awful damp smell there was not much furniture and there was this stupid black stand that’s all I saw I left I was very scared couldn’t get out there quick enough so be warned single women u get watched also u never meet they guy he can’t be bothered to greet u that’s bad it’s also rude how this hotel keeps going I really don’t know they also accused me of taking the key and the message was very abrupt this time from the owner stay away it’s not nice

Rooms very clean. Very tidy. Good amenities. Shower with hot water. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly helpful staff. Hotel very close to the beach and piers within walking distance. Will be back soon.
