Good location, very good breakfast. And lovely staff. The only down side and fault I have with the hotel, is the parking. I payed for a reserved space as I need 24 access to my car. But the spaces are absolutely far too tight !!! Once you park up, it’s a struggle to get the door open wide enough to get out! I can only imagine what it’s like for a person of a bigger build !! This would be easy fixed if the hotel would take 2 spaces away and make the remaining bays bigger !!! Please look into doing this!!!! Apart from that. I will be be back.

Had an amazing weekend room spacious and clean. Foos was lovely breakfast was superb never gad evenin meal but the var snack are fantastic and reasonably priced entertainment brilliant at night the staff friendly paid parking well worth it. Cant wait go back

Pleasant bookin in,,room ok but a bit dated,,didnt realise till we got bk at half 10 from being somewhere room was right above stage so a bit noisy so didnt get much sleep,,will remember nxt time not a room above front concert room

Good value for money. Clean and warm.
Just a shame they have moved check in until 4pm this is later than any other hotel I have stayed in Blackpool usually 3pm at the latest.

Lovely friend clean hotel rooms a little dated but spotless, fab entertainment every night and all staff so friendly and helpful will definitely go back again

Beds and pillows are very comfortable, the room are clean with en-suite shower and toilet which was a bit in the small side, the rooms along with the corridors are in need of redecoration, the other facilities are fine, great entertainment and the staff brilliant and very helpful.excellent location with the tram stop only 200 yards from the hotel there is also free parking onsite, reasonably priced so you get what you pay for,

The hotel reception, bars and restaurants were very clean and iviting on arrival. Entertaiment looked great. Friendly helpful staff. Had a long wait for our room and wasn't the only people waiting considering you have to vacate at 10:30 am... we thought 4pm was not a very acceptable time, but was given a sea view room because of this.
The room was of decent size, but very dated and worn, however the bed was very comfy. The bathroom wasn't very clean around the edges of shower tray and door and was dated also. The room was very hot even though there wasn't a radiator on at all.
If you go to bed early this isnt the place for you to stay... The entertainment didn't end till 1am and you can hear people in hall ways and rooms above, below and neighbouring. Overall for a one night stay just we thought it was just ok. Location was Excellent
