I did like my stay..but there was a few things I wasn't too bowled over with...1.the hallway in the morning was loud...I'm a late sleeper and you could hear everything going on in the hallway...2. there was no heater in the bathroom...even tho I cranked the heat up it was cold getting out of the shower...3. the heater that they did have in the room was loud..it affected my sleep a little bit but thats the way it was...its not a bad place..I enjoyed it...they have a pool....a ballroom...a restaurant...the breakfast in the morning was top notch...if they just made a few improvements it would be a super place to stay.

It was a both beautiful and comfortable. All of the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They were so helpful.

I liked the outdoor fireplace on the terrace at night, lovely lake with fountain and swans, the refreshing cucumber melon water by the check-in desk, comfy beds, and outstanding breakfast buffet.

This is a very great hotel. I definitely recommend staying in the rooms with a private pool.

Really nice place with easy walking access to downtown restaurants. We also thought the breakfast was better than the usual hotel breakfast fare. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay there again when we go back.

Our room had no heat so staff provided a portable heater for us since it was 8°. The heater was slow but effective for heating our room but we later discovered our hot water was only warm at best. The elevator was also broke which was only a minor inconvenience but on top of everything else we decided to end our stay early.

Lovely location. Nice gas logs and private sunroom.
Poor guest experience. Elevator and ice machine out of service. Hallway carpet well past its prime. Unreliable cable TV reception. Overtreated water. Strange noises from the building. Uncomfortable furniture. :-/

Conveniently located in walking distance to everything downtown however this property has seen better days. The elevator dos not work in the annex building where we stayed on the second floor. The rooms are very outdated and the king bed I slept on was quite possibly the most uncomfortable, old bed I’ve ever slept on. The pull out couch mattress was even worse and so uncomfortable my sister simply slept on the very shallow couch. A decent 3-star hotel.
