Deerfield Inn

Friendly staff, clean sheets and inexpensive. We tried 2 different nonsmoking rooms and they both smelled awful like they sprayed to cover up smoke smell. One even had an ashtray. Would not stay there again.

First... I sent a copy of this review to the Deerfield Inn one week before I posted this (sent on May10, 2023 - today is May 18th) asking for their response or feedback .... they never responded. Beware!!!! this place is dirty and downright nasty. Ask to see your room BEFORE you pay at this disgusting establishment, because you WILL NOT get your money back. Shame on the Deerfield Inn. On May 7th, 2023, my brother checked into the Deerfield Inn in Blytheville AR ($86.25 was charged). He went to the room; it was unacceptable because it was extremely dirty and filthy. He immediately went to the front desk and said he wanted a refund because the room was dirty and completely unacceptable. The front desk clerk said ""we don't do refunds"". This is absurd!! My brother abruptly left the premises and checked into the Holiday Inn in down the street; it was very clean and met every quality standard. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge at the Deerfield Inn and was told ""we cannot override the merchants terms or force them to provide a refund, it would be at their discretion to issue that credit"". BEWARE it is not clean, you WILL NOT get a response from them nor receive a refund or credit!!
