Very beautiful and relaxing resort. All staff that we encountered had a great attitude and went out of there way to make are stay memorable.

This was the first time at an all inclusive resort in over a decade aside from the pool the experience was terrible. Of 12 people travelling 7 of us got sick with one ending up in the hospital due to food poisoning. The food was terrible, ever the a la cart restaurant to. Drinks where diluted, didn’t matter what you ordered they all tasted the same. Rooms are large and beds comfortable however they smell very musty. Beach is not one to spend time at. I would not recommend this resort.

It was not the city rush. There was a lot of people and it did not felt like it. Most of the rooms has a balcony with a really nice view.

Even though the resort has restaurants, if you want to dine outside the property, walking doesn't seem safe, in terms of no sidewalks. Definitely need to call a taxi. Quite a ways from downtown too. Other than that, it was a beautiful resort with a beautiful view. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was really spacious. Loved loved loved the room, the balcony, and the view. Recommend!

Not a fan of the Japanese and Italian A La Carte restaurants. Not up to the expectations.

For an older property, it has been kept up nicely. The rooms are extra large with a nice balcony.
It is quite a way from town but the concierge does a great job of bringing up a taxi. All staff were great and quick to react to questions or requests.
The only con is quests get up very early and reserve pool side lounges even though signs state you cannot reserve them. Rule is not enforced.

Nothing as advertised sink plugged in room could not access one restraunt the buffet and a snack bar got food sickness for 2 days as a lot of people I had spoken did as well so chose to eat away from the resort on certain occasions would have canceled booking if I had insured it it not worth the amount i spent requested a refund at one point but no response other than a missed call
