Le Méridien Bodrum Beach Resort

This hotel is just magnificent we extended our stay here. Full water view all around, private pool nice and quite relaxing. It is 40min from airport and 35min from the castle (marine) I would love to come here again. All staff are friendly and helpful at all times

Beautiful hotel, amazing view. Hotel is really far from the city center and even far from the road. I think the hotel should consider getting a shuttle bus. Other than that, it was a very nice day. Thanks tomAli,.

It was really great and the breakfast was even better but the only improvement it needs is a jacuzzi

酒店服務還挺好的，有早餐由於時差我們沒起來，室內泳池和沙灘都很漂亮。不過地理位置真的很不好 離博德魯姆市區打車要四十分鐘！

Otelde fiyata dahil olmayan hizmetlere karşı dikkatli olmak gerekir zira euro kuru ile hesaplanıyor her şey. Onun haricinde her şey çok güzel. Konum, deniz, sabah kahvaltısı, temizlik ve odanın dekorasyonu harika. Size kendinizi özel hissettiriyor.

The hotel is lovely and clean, beautiful views from my room. Lots of space round the beach area. The staff have been incredibly help especially Serhat Bekler. One little thing to make the hotel perfect is a shuttle service to the local shops and Bodrum.

Le Meridian was a great hotel, with amazing views, facilities and very hospitable staff - Serhat Bekler looked after us. The bay offers everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The reception staff welcomed us warmly and we were quickly shown to our individuals rooms.

First of all, the resort was beautiful. Service was great, food was delicious and the views were to die for. I have to give a shout out to the beach guys ( Kemal Cetinkaya & Serhat Bekler) they were caring and friendly and appreciated. On the other hand, the spa was the worst spa i have ever been to in my life and i am a traveler and have tried many different kinds of spa’s. Let me mention that it’s supposed to be a “wellness retreat” before i start. They were extremely unorganised and unprofessional. I was there with 2 of my friends so this is not only coming from my opinion alone. We booked a package of services and we were really looking forward to them and have a “relaxing day” but turned out to be a nightmare. First of all They failed to send us our schedule and just told us to pick it up. When we did they greeted us with attitude and said we were late which we had no idea. Therefore they rushed us in to start. They gave me a 10 minute massage that was supposed to be 30 minutes, left me in the room with no idea where to go next, than after i asked 3 people they took me to do a turkish bath that was supposed to last 50 minutes with sauna and steam room (didn’t let me do those) rushed me in the bath that lasted 20 minutes only. I was very upset and decided I didn’t want to continue. I spoke to the manager and she tried to blame us by saying we refused to give them our phone number ( they never asked and we were communicating through email and we were messaging since the night before to know when we should be there, no answer) also they can call our room but didn’t. Mind you I personally was supposed to start at 1:30 and i was there at 1:05. Therefore i was not late. They also mixed up our schedules with me and my friends and gave me the wrong treatments. And still made me pay for the full service. The manager walked off and said she was gona talk to the the front desk about the miscommunication and left me there waiting not knowing she left and was done talking to me. And thats not even the worst part! My friend took her gold chain necklace off for her massage (no lockers) and it was never found after!!! They did not seem to care or do anything about that. My friends cancelled the rest of their package after that and no one seemed to care about anything except us paying for the services. We are extremely upset about the spa and how we were treated and how it was handled. GOLD WAS STOLEN AND NO ONE WAS TALKING. When I talked to the front desk of the hotel manager she said maybe she lost it somewhere else. ?!!! We would never go there again because they are not to be trusted. Also id like to add that something got lost from our room after cleaning and we didn’t get it back until 2 days later after nagging about it. I would not recommend the spa “wellness retreat” we left not feeling any wellness and extremely upset about the gold that was stolen and no one seemed interested to care or help. Very nice hotel, every room has sea view, relaxed atmosphere and great service! Serhat Bekler and Kemal Getinkaya offered first class service every day ! We enjoyed the beach and tranquility of the hotel! The various restaurants offer nice food and especially breakfast at the terrace is awesome! We will for sure come back!
