My problema began at check in when the front desk staff displayed how obnoxious they could be. The room safe wasn’t working, despite my repeated claims that I needed it fixed. The only solution was for me to move everything to another room, which was incredibly inconvenient. The wifi was consistently weak, and calls to tech support went into the proverbial customer service loop. The room itself was really dated, and I was given a dirty look when I asked why the coffee pods weren’t replenished. Breakfast is really basic. To top this off, two water pipes burst, one in the lobby and one right outside my door, and the solution at night was to collect the eater in a large trash can that was as noisy as a running shower, and during the day, non-stop hammering. I had paid in advance and decided to cut my stay short. Expedia’s customer service was notoriously crappy too. I wouldn’t stay at this place again even if they paid me. Travelers beware!
