Best breakfast ever! Staffs were really nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again

Attentive and respectful Staff. Excellent location Parque 93 with restaurants and convenience stores within the area. Supposedly a more secure location than other parts of Bogota. Hotel room was basic. No lamp at the desk for example. Poorly placed toilet seat cover where bathroom counter keeps the toilet cover from fully opening. Good water pressure and hot/cold ok. I didnt get to check the rooftop bar/restaurant as it has been chilly. Now, im disappointed with the breakfast. There was no hot meat option for the 2 out of 3 days i was there. Very basic breakfast. Not tasty at all. And i booked this hotel because of photos and reviews about the breakfasts. All in all, good value for the price and the location.

Above average experience. Good food, very clean and room service was good. Concierge lobby service was not good. I was misinformed on question I asked.

Service was excellent. Room was clean and had all needed amenities for my four-day business trip. Room service was quick. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This was my secomd time staying at this hotel, and everyone working is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed that the location is safe, and close to many good restaurants.

Great location and nice enough hotel. But the air conditioning was ineffective, it worked but could not get the room any colder than 23 degrees, which was warmer than the outside most of the time. There were also a lot of light sources which flashed through the night which affected my sleep. The decor is a bit dated and the TV was old and could not even screen cast.
