호텔 위치, 객실은 괜찮은 편이나, 호텔 내부 사정으로 인해 약 45분을 기다려 체크인함. 체크인 시간이 3시이나, 방청소 여부 확인이 지연된다고 3시 45분이 지나서야 체크인을 시작해 여러 고객들을 기다리게 하는게 매우 실망스러움.

酒店很新但是隔音很差，樓市樓下説話如同在旁邊，旁邊房間的説話清晰明瞭，太可怕了，怎麼現在美國的酒店落到這樣的境地？？！！

The hotel advertises complete accessibility, but the lifts for both the pool and hot tub don’t work and the staff knew nothing about them or how to address the problem. we’ve found this same problem at other Comfort Inns. Otherwise, our room was very good and well equipped for ADA access.

The facility was really nice - clean, comfortable and good service. Nice breakfast too - the only negative was it was a bit noisy at night. This may have been due to a large wedding party was there have fun so no fault of the facility but noise from room to room seemed to carry easily

This is my second time staying at Comfort Inn and Suites. It is extremely well maintained, the rooms are big, breakfast is consistent, value for your money is great, and it is close to the airport and not far from downtown. I also appreciate that it allows pets. The staff is also extremely nice and helpful.

Heat did not work in the room. The rest of the hotel was fine, just not my room. Clean with nice staff otherwise.

There was a trailer and truck out front that was questionable but everything else was 5 stars!

After we checked in at 3pm we went out to dinner. We arrived back and our keycard did not work. We received a new key and found that some other person had entered our room and left a mess despite our luggage being in the room and our toiletries out in the bathroom. The desk attendant said “some one at the desk must have entered our room # and made a new key for another guest by mistake. We felt totally violated and injured.
