Awesome well cared for accommodation/ facilities Management were very accommodating on a last minute request for which we are so very grateful you made our stay even better!!,we found Nemo😊, what a view!! Looking forward to our next visit, and to sample the menu once restaurant is re-established,if your homemade pizza is anything to go by then it too will be amazing . One of the most unhelpful experiences. There were possibilities to extend options by the reception staff to make our stay more comfortable but absolutely nothing was done. Wifi never worked and our room was nowhere near to be called a luxury accommodation. Nothing was done to make our stay better even when I myself suggested so many doable options, all that I met was ‘sorry it’s a long weekend, can’t do it’. Staff needs to be trained to say ‘no’ in a more empathising way and show some keenness to help guests make the most out of their stay. Travelling is not cheap these days and these little human interactions matter a lot.

Air conditioning spat out ice cubes, no wifi access. Otherwise nice quiet little park.

Quick little get away that allowed dogs in the cabin. Cabin was clean and comfy and had everything we required.

The property is easy to find and the location is beautiful. We had a pet friendly cabin and was comfortable.

We had an unpowered camp site in front of the beach. We had beautiful views and the park was perfect. We only had a slight issue with the people across from us because they were riding motor bikes in front of our campsite ruining the serenity. But other than that it was an amazing stay

The park is very clean and tidy. We had an ensuite site very close to the ocean. Our view was beautiful. Our ensuite facilities were clean, nice and accessible. The owners and staff are very friendly and approachable. We would certainly recommend this park to anyone. We would certainly return here should our travels bring us back to Portland, Victoria.

Ingenia holiday park was a great place for me to stay in. It has a nice atmosphere and is a very friendly place to stay with family and friends. I will definitely be staying there again.
