Parkhotel Mondschein, a Member of Design Hotels™

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed. In fact, we extended our stay by two days because it was just that wonderful. For fans of Wes Anderson, the thoughtful, beautiful design will make you feel like you are starring in one of his films. The pool and sauna are a delight, whether it’s sunny or rainy out. The yoga and wellness classes were incredibly special and relaxing - special thanks to Arianna! The breakfast was perfection. The views, the South Tyrolean birdsong, aperitivos in the garden, a burrata salad that will change your life, the mountain herb tea- I could go on! Everyone was so kind and helpful, and we are already looking forward to a return!

Conveniently located near the station with a dedicated area for bicycle storage and a fully equipped workshop, this hotel caters to cycling enthusiasts. The beautiful garden, entrance, pool, and bar enhance the overall ambiance. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Although I still have unfinished business with the Dolomites, this will undoubtedly be my go-to hotel when I return.

As a Marriott Platinum member, my suggestion to other member is AVOID THIS HOTEL because they're scamming. I booked through Marriott App an half-boarding package for a family trip, this is much more expensive than Four Points and many other hotels in Bolzano but considering the convenience of offering dinner we eventually chose this hotel. Upon arrival, we were told "oh it's a Marriott IT problem and we never offer this deal", the reception was very passive and inpatient, and no apology for this. After we checkout, I filed an official complain through Marriott and ask for compensation for the cost of dinner, however it has been 2 months, there is only 1 email from hotel indicating they're looking into this. What's worse, they refused to credit my Bonvoy points and Nights, I haven't received nothing 2 months since my stay, and they refused to even respond to the request. The facility was OK but definitely not Design Hotel level, for example: - Very poor service from reception - There were no slippers at room, when asked they first requested me to go to reception to pick up, after insist they finally brought me a pair of different sizes (see picture), and tried to charge for that!!! - they offer only cheap hostel style "all in 1 shower gel & shampoo" in bathroom and you need to pay to get conditioner, (consider paying 200€+ for a night) THIS IS CLEAR SCAMMER HOTEL COVERED IN MARRIOTT BRAND, do avoid it at all cost!!!!

EIN WUNDERBARES ERLEBNIS. Diese Kurzreise habe ich zum Geburtstag bekommen, und ich werde noch lange daran denken! Das Hotel MONDSCHEIN ist ganz zauberhaft, die Zimmer geschmackvoll, die Bar und der Garten sind etwas ganz besonderes. Der Service ist aufmerksam und sympathisch.

Simply wonderful. We had a great night in the garden and a beautiful breakfast the next morning, followed by a Sunday Pool recreation. The team is so attentive, the Gym just right and we love to stay here. The new pool is certainly an upgreat and makes the whole experience even betted.

Great Hotel that has been carefully updated, not losong its former charm, but neither overdoing nostalgia. Lively, comfy bar as the centre of the hotel witj great cocktails, friendly service and a good selection of bites. Big, elegant rooms and great garden. Sauna, Fitness, Yoga-Studio to round it all off and great location in Bozen.

Lovely lovely hotel. Very relaxed and without formality. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom was very new and clean. Great bar and food. We had a great stay. Nice roomy sauna and don't forget your yoga kit! Will be back.

It’s was an excellent location for our stay in Bolzano. The rooms were smaller than we expected but everything was very clean and tasteful. The hospitality was superb!! I don’t give it a 5 because we thought that the breakfast was very expensive and that the parking was also very expensive.

Really nice hotel. I have to say that the interior of the room didn’t catch me like I was expecting considering the price. Bar and breakfast are great deals. The bathroom is really nice and cozy but the shower is too tight between the glass.
