Tv did not work upon arrival. Called desk and they said they would send someone. No one came. After 10 hours of travel we were unable to watch tv. Inside is very dirty. Don’t recommend. Book somewhere else!

We arrived for breakfast at 8 AM and everything was picked over and not replaced in kind or with a substitute. Frosted flakes were stale.

The hotel itself was good for the price. My problem was the check in. They have the check in on a computer. You talk to a screen. It is slow, and if your key doesn’t work you have to come back and wait in line to get one. I stood in line twice for almost a hour. I booked two rooms they gave me keys for the same room, and on top of that my helper told me the gave the his room to two other people who tried to walk in on him. Beware and lock your doors.

was a decent stay! no complaints and everyone we encountered was helpful/kind. the only thing that threw me off was not having a live person at the checkout , it was done via kiosk

Sketchiest elevator I’ve been on. Roaches in hotel. No person at front desk, it is all automated with someone on a screen. Not great experience at all.

There were little roaches in the room daily. The windows were dirty and moldy to the point of disgust. The elvevator is SUPER SKETCHY. It feels like it is on its last leg and the license was out of date since August of 2023. Beds were comfortable and ac worked.

It’s a typical low budget hotel. The biggest thing was there is not a person actually working the front desk it’s just a kiosk and the lady’s that clean the place did a good job just not a single employee on site spoke English.

The place is very clean quiet and safe! Check in took a couple of minutes at the kiosk but not any longer than with a real person. We will stay here again! Breakfast was just basic hotel but everything was clean and good! I turned the dehumidifier off to sleep but the bed was super comfortable we slept well.
