L ‘emplacement est proche des boulevards, du CHU et du centre de Bordeaux (Mériadeck), il bénéficie surtout d’un arrêt de tram très pratique presque aux pieds de la résidence. L’appartement est grand et bénéficie de plusieurs espaces fermés ( hall d’entrée avec espace salle d’eau-WC / couloir-cuisine/ puis la chambre avec table d’appoint et placard). Bonne insonorisation. Grand lit. N’ayant eu besoin que d’un séjour professionnel d’une nuit avec une arrivée tardive, je n’ai rencontré personne d’autre que l’accueil qui a été rapide et efficace. 90 euros: bien pour un séjour plus conséquent quand on utilise toutes les possibilités du lieu.

Me and 6 other people stayed at this "hotel", in total we used 3 rooms. None of them had enough water pressure in the shower, which produced less water than the thinness of a drinking straw. Furthermore, the hotel does not provide face towels and does not provide enough towels per room (fewer towels than guests). We booked a room/apartment with 2 beds and what we got was a bed and a sofa bed that we had to figure out how to put together. The staff are super grumpy and don't really care about the guests' stay. We don't recommend ANYONE to stay here, it will just ruin your vacation.

We were very happy with our stay at Appart'City Bordeaux. The rooms are basic, which is to be expected for the price, but they were clean and comfortable. It was helpful to have a small kitchenette - although the hob wasn't particularly effective at heating things up, the microwave and fridge came in very useful. The tram stop is just a few minutes walk away, and is a 10 minute tram ride from the centre of Bordeaux, so is quite convenient. There are also bars, restaurants, and mini-supermarkets just a 5 minute walk away.

Absolute shocking hotel. Visited for the world Cup and I became severely unwell. Had an email from the hotel 5 days after our stay to say that legionella was found in the water in the hotel and someone had been hospitalised due to it. I was severely unwell from this. I also have a pre-existing condition which meant I could've turned life threatenly unwell if I had not returned home when I had. I have tried to contact the hotel since to raise a complaint and raise my concerns, however they have ignored my emails. Absolutely disgusted with this... do NOT stay here!

The hotel is well positioned for tram connection rooms were basic but more than adequate good to have your own Kitchenette staff we’re totally helpful

Very basic hotel- cheap and cheerful. Could do with modernisation as very tired. Rooms were clean, staff were great but facilities let the place down. Shower could only go so low which wasn’t ideal given the 36c heat! Air con was pretty ineffective too but worked to a point. Was expensive for what it was due to the rugby World Cup so imagine you would get a much better rate outside of a big event. Good location, walkable to the main centre or a few stops on the tram . Public transport is exceptional in Bordeaux and the city is a magical place

If you arrive after 11pm you will get an email in French only on instructions to access your room.
The place is pretty tired looking. On a main road so noisy at night.
There is an excellent little cafe on the corner overlooking the square, if you head towards the Tram stop. Front desk said need to go into town for a Cafe mid morning but you don’t need to.
I would only stay here again if there were no other choices in the area.

Nice hotel with cosy room. A small playing field is nearby. Tram stop is about 4 minutes away from hotel. Our room also had 2 Televisions and sofa-bed and small kitchen with fridge and storage space. Such room was ideal for family. Breakfast was good although limited in variety - can be improved. Receptionists were very helpful. Few restaurants are nearby. Good value for money.
