My sister and I were given the opportunity to have a little break from caring for our parents and we were looking for a haven of peace and relaxation in the city of Bordeaux. My sister found Yndo and what a find it was The staff, Estelle, Richard, Romain and Chloé were attentive, personable and professionnal and any minor issues were resolved quickly and courteously. The hotel is beautiful and very well situated. The rooms were extremely quiet and the beds very comfortable so we were able to have a complete rest which did us the power of good. The breakfast was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting the beautiful city of Bordeaux. Thank you Yndo for enabling us to have a complete break it was wonderful

We stayed at Yndo for two nights and loved it. This arty boutique hotel really knows how to look after its guests. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for some luxurious R&R. Breakfasts are just what you need to start your day - delicious. Estelle and her team could not be more helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble; from setting up perfect dining reservations to helping pack some fragile purchases. We would thoroughly recommend making your Bordeaux stay the best by checking into Yndo. It’s really more than the beautifully appointed hotel, it’s the great team that provide such brilliant service. Thanks Estelle and team for making our stay in Bordeaux such a highlight.

This hotel is an absolute jewel. From the moment we arrived until we left we were treated with kindness and super hospitality. It was our 33rd wedding anniversary and we had traveled from Florence where we live half the year. The lovely, lovely Estelle was so wonderful. We were spoiled by all on our anniversary and would not even think of staying anywhere else in Bordeaux. The hotel is in a great part of the city for exploring and it is like staying in an elegant private residence as it is a historic property but finished as a 5 star hotel. We loved it and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Indeed, the pillows are the fluffiest I have had in a long time but what makes it special is the attention of the staff, their capacity to adapt to any situation, the quality of the food and the incredible room accommodations that are different and superb. Service at its best with a smile. A wonderful experience to be repeated soon.

behind the door as you enter this beautiful property....one of the nicest and most accommodating small city hotels we have stayed in...we will return! From the discreet plaque on the wall, to the tasteful furnishings, the elegant patio and terrace, the rooms comfortable..and the eclectic artwork everywhere...this small boutique hotel excells in every way...we were simply taken away with all it offered....breakfast was delicious on the sunlite terrace, dinner was as if we were the only guests in a beautiful mansion...being served homemade rigotoni pasta w. sauce that will open taste buds!..not to mention, it is a great location, away from traffic on a quiet street, easy to get uber and be in the center quickly...the staff also reached out with consideration and kindness...Roman....was exceptional...his personality , upbeat manner and sense of engagement delighted us...thank you each and everyone for giving us such a nice stay in your beautiful city.......

We had a room on the courtyard with a private terrace. The hotel is furnished to a very high standard with contemporary decor. The staff were excellent and we very much enjoyed our stay. Bicycles are available to explore Bordeaux. The hotel is conveniently situated just a short walk from all the major sights.

Calm and welcoming hotel in a good location close to main sites and also more local spots.Room good but the highlight was the warm and attentive staff who made it a pleasure to stay at Yndo. Good drinks list although there was limited outdoor space, the terrace was a nice spot for breakfast or drinks.

Staff was great. We changed rooms as the crazy room was uncomfortable and second room was much better.
Breakfast was good and restaurant was closed for dinner the day we tried to eat there.
A nice way to get off the standard corporate hotel.
