Stayed here with friends while attending an event nearby. Lovely hotel, staff were fantastic, very helpful. Rooms were lovely with very comfy beds. Food was excellent. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Loved the chairs! Gorgeous upholstery!

Great place to stay and eat. Staff helpful and professional. Room spacious. Unable to open windows which made the bedroom a little warm for our needs.

Having had afternoon tea and a Sunday lunch at the Crown, we tried the hotel for a one night stay, with a package which included evening meal and breakfast. We had a deluxe room which was very good and very spacious. Everyone was very pleasant from the staff in the spa, at reception and in the restaurant. Would highly recommend.

Had a fab weekend with the family. The children in particular loved the swimming pool complex. Hardly left the hotel.

Stayed here many times before ideal location to go racing in the area. Great hotel everything first class and great value for money. Will be back soon

Simply fantastic. From checking in to out the whole experience was perfect. We stayed for one night in a ‘superior’ room. It was very big with a super king bed. The decor is very tasteful and seems to have been recently done, all very clean. If I was being hyper critical the bathroom is a little tired but perfectly functional. The spa is a real bonus, it’s not massive but is really lovely. We didn’t have dinner but the breakfast (included in price) was excellent. The bar and reception rooms are furnished with some very very nice sofas and chairs, all the areas are bright and airy. Vfm wise we were extremely happy. Can’t praise the crown highly enough. If you aren’t impressed I would be amazed, what’s not to like. Borough bridge itself is also lovely, has some excellent bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Thanks the crown see you soon.

There's only 1 word I can say about my visit here....WOW...the staff were super friendly, efficient, happy...afternoon tea was delicious and our afternoon in the leisure centre fantastically refreshing and relaxing...Thankyou Jack leisure centre and Ciara restaurant you really made our afternoon special.
