Room was very nice...pool heated...I have slept on more comfortable bed..internet service needed improvement...bicycles supplied for customers needed attention...chain fell off at start of use...did not like shower head...maid service very accomodating

Facility is nice but improvements can be made. The hotel WIFI is extremely slow and the TV remote ******. Nice, clean, comfortable 1-bedroom.

My first time staying here for an overnight "Desert Flower trip". Very nice resort only 5 min drive from town. Excellent service, beautiful pool area. My room was large with a patio. I really appreciated having both a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. The entire property had gorgeous views of the mountains and the restaurant was also excellent- awesome food and service. Will stay again.

We've stayed at this resort a number of times over the last 15 years. Definitely a great place to stay with a nice restaurant right next door, also great walking in the area. We will return.

Small things, like crumbs in the microwave and a deflated chair cushion kept us from giving 4 stars. It’s a lovely resort in a beautiful setting.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted to our check out we had a wonderful stay. Mona at the front desk was really sweet to call me and let me know when our room was ready. The room was spacious, on the second floor and had a great view of the desert. The microwave and mini fridge made it easy to store and warm our snacks. The meal I ordered to go from the Arches was delicious. The bartender and server were helpful and made sure my order was packed properly. The meds were comfortable. And we had a little patio with chairs. Thank you also for keeping the ponds filled in the area near Arches and in the middle of the property. We walked to them to view the birds. We will recommend and plan to stay here again!

Great pool/jacuzzi. Furniture dated. Clean. Needs a new mattress. Heavy menu at restaurant. Very helpful front desk man helped us with hiking trails.
