Our room was very clean and spacious. The ****** was terrific and we had a lot of fun. We ate at the Riverview and also at the snack bar, both had delicious food! I will definitely be recommending these accommodations to friends and family!

The property is very well kept.
The style of the room was great and fit the property with a touch of luxury.
The chairs in the room were visibly stained. Thebed was comfortable but not as much as I expected it was typical for any hotel bed. The sheets and comforter were well used and again not what I expected for a resort of that price point. There was not a microwave in the room but the resort has plenty of places to eat and have food- so not providing a microwave in a suite didn’t make sense to me. The room provided 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, 2 bath towels (odd)
Over all it was nice but I had higher expectations for the price point of the resort.

Love staying here but there needs to be more places to eat. Maybe a dessert bar with ice cream, fresh baked cookies etc …

Front desk was able to provide clear direction of the resort and provided and upgrade to our room. This made our Mother Daughter vacation perfect.

The room was not cleaned when we got there so we went back downstairs to get another one. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and for us into another room. The room was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Well diverse, the hostess was very generous, patients and compassionate ,the weather had taken an unexpected toll, yet upon arriving the staff very friendly and warm the hospitality was very pleasant, hotel was very clean sophisticated. Quite an enjoyable experience with hotel, looking forward to returning. In better weather conditions.

The check-in process was long and not welcoming at all. I was expecting more, from this brand. The room was not clean, had grime on the walls, the staff at the front desk were not friendly or welcoming. They seemed like they hated life and were not happy to be there. The bed was lumpy too! Overall had a bad experience. I also noticed the soap etc seemed cheap, not what you would expect from a resort. I most likely will not return in the future and don't recommend staying at this one in Bossier City.
