Magreases are old and old fashioned foam. They are súper soft wich makes them quite uncomfortable
We were 3 adults at our suite. One sleeping at the sofa bed. We asked for an extra mattress (firm) to put directly on the floor so I can rest and the staff decided no pull out the existing mattress from the sofa bed instead. So for the last night there were no place for the extra guest to sleep.

Jean is wonderful and extremely helpful; a treasure at the hotel. Ask him anything and he'll get you in the right direction. I stay at this hotel always !!

A very nice hotel for the short stay. The lack of the regular lobby with coffee or a bar was a minus.

A very pleasant stay. The hotel is located in Back Bay just across the Massachusetts Avenue bridge from Cambridge. An old building that’s been well maintained. A great staff, but be prepared to tip for every courtesy.

A gem, located in Boston just across the Mass Avenue bridge from Cambridge. It is an old building, so underneath new carpeting you can feel the warped floor boards. Wear and tear on doors and some fixtures, but still quite nice.

Great location and very comfortable room. There was a problem with the water temperature in our room on the last morning. We let them know at the front desk. There was an additional $50 per day fee added with no receipt or explanation.

We loved everything about Eliot Hotel. The rooms are amazing and you can’t beat the location. We will definitely be staying at the Eliot again.
