The front desk staff were amazing ,they were so kind to give me a free upgrade , amazing just because the opportunity was available for them to do so , All the way through they were so polite and helpful ,was so clean and very comfortable bed , everything and much more ,I personally will re book soon when I visit my Family there again soon , very ,very happy and I don't need to look around as I know for definite I'll be booking The Mayfair Hotel when I'm in Bournemouth, Thanks so much for an excellent experience

Great location, helpful staff and cleaning room We arrived hotel at early 11am and the staff is allowed the registration for free parking. The spaces is first in first out, we got 24 hours free parking finally. The hotel is nearby the beach, it takes 10 to 15mins by walk to the beach.

Super friendly staff, a clean hotel kept to standards. 100% value for your money! Recommend it for Bournemouth sea escapes, solo or family. It’s a 10minutes walk to one of the quieter beaches in Bournemouth, down the Zigzag East Cliff. Highly recommend it!

Rooms lovely and clean staff were amazing Great location for the beach and surrounding areas Would definitely stay again will be nice when the hotel is up and running doing food and entertainment Mary the manager cooked up a breakfast everyday we were there 😀 😋

I enjoyed my stay, the staff were very helpful and location is great , close restaurant and shops plus parking is free :). The price is affordable, good value for money and the room are clean.The room’s facilities are also ok for the price. Overall is not a bad little hotel.

Excellent hotel stay.staff were very friendly and rooms really clean, fantastic location and right near bus stop to Swanage,Poole and walking distance to and the beach and town.The hotel was really lovely and really big .we would definitely stay here again.

Very lovely staff and very good price too ! Heart of Bournemouth and only a 5 min walk to the beach and only 10 to the town , so very convenient! You get what you pay for. Free complimentary tea and coffee in the morning was a hit! Aswell as shampoo and body wash. No complaints.

Overall good experience. Rooms were clean. I arrived 20 minutes early so, I was given nice cosy sofas to rest!! Management team and cleaning staff were really helpful. Check in and check out were smooth and it hardly took 2 minutes!! Bus stop are at stone throw distance which made my holiday easier. Overall good place to stay due to hotel staff’s attitude and connectivity to places!

We took our under 13s football team from jersey and stayed at the mayfair..everything was fantastic ..Mary the manager really looked after us ..she's amazing ..so helpful and looked after us so well ..our next visit we will definitely stay again ..thankyou Mary..
