Acre and a half, 13X38 ft deck, charcoal or gas grill, 2 and a half bathrooms and plenty of fenced in yard for the kids to enjoy.Plenty of driveway and alternative parking available, large enough for numerous cars and a Bass boat to two, or even four.Our largest group to date is 20 and still had plenty of space for guests.
