Raymar Hotels - All Inclusive

It was a great place for holidays no matter if you go with family or friends, this hotel had a plan for everyone. The rooms were very clean and staff was great the waiters, cleaners, and especially the animation group.If you go there make sure to contact Atakan and Engin because they made the holiday much more fun. If you go there I hope you have the best time.

For us, it was a great experience. The children loved the pirate pool and aquapark, the icecream, the wild sea and the big stones that they played with. The food was good, I would have loved more diversity for children, but it was ok. The rooms are a bit old, but it was clean. I wanted a sea side view of the room so i paied extra at the reception, 70 euro for it. But it was worth it. For my birthday I got a nice surpise in my room. We really enjoyed everything, the sea, the mountain view, it was a great trip for us all. It is our 5th time in Antalya, we have been to Side, Belek, Alanya, some resorts were better, but what we loved here was the diversity, the wild beach, the mountain, eveything was close and I was able to relax and enjoy it all with my children.

Me and my family enjoyed the stay. Quality was above expectations. Price also was nice. The only thing from cons side is that hotel is visibly understaffed (lack of personnel), which results in small failures despite the fact that staff is working their best. Hotel has talented animation team and all of personnel is kind, helpful and possesses sense of humor. Great attitude towards kids. Hotel also provides possibility to buy everything you may need for your stay from cigarettes to swimsuits and leather clothes. Also hotel SPA is worth mentioning, it's free for guests during the stay, and of course if you spend money for spa package you get king's attitude and service. Nevertheless is guest relations attitude towards their duties, I have been to many places but never ever I have encountered so much help from GR staff (thanks Sheriffe). Concerning food, regarding comments written below, sanitary norms are kept at high level, during 14 day stay I've not seen anything which could prove bad food quality or situations mentioned in angry comments, food was delicious and variable, always plenty of options. Special thanks to Ernest and Atakan from animation team for great entertainment, and kids club staff of course is not forgotten (thank you Daria, Sonya and A7 [:)] ) for hotel management, guys just hire more people, otherwise perfect place to stay with family.

You are not working like Elit hotel. I am dissapointig of your hotel. Personal is good, but your cheapness it make me thinks to order your hotel. Sorry but my experience from before now much worse. Sorry...

Great 5 stars hotel The Hotel was perfect for all, adults and children , The staff were very polite and helpful , the reception was good The entertainment was good , the polls were very good and clean The Aqua and all waterside were very nice and fully working at all the timetable The bars and snakes and ice cream was really with good quality The food was absolutely good We been over 8 time to Turkey in 5 star hotels ,but this one was really 5 stars And perfect Thanks to all staffs at this hotel

Worst experience ever this hotel is disgusting and certainly doesn’t merit 2 star never mind the 5 it states it is. The hotel interior and exterior is old dirty and desperate need of upgrading . As for the all inclusive the poorest quality of food and alcohol I have ever experienced and if something isn’t done to improve this soon someone will end up extremely . Would certainly not advise anyone to go to this hotel .

I booked two rooms for this hotel in July 2023 via Agoda website, while I was in Australia. One room for my family and one for my elderly parents. Agoda booking clearly says fully paid two rooms When we tried to check in with the hotel, they asked us to pay additional money because my elderly parents were Turkish citizens. I spoke to their management, I rang managers of their other Raymar hotels, I also rang Agoda Canada for them to let us into our fully paid rooms, without any result. At the end I even offered to pay half of the additional money they asked, they even refused that. My elderly parents, me, my wife and 7 year old son ended up spending a horrible half a day in their reception during our phone calls, conversations with their staff and while our luggage was laying around. One of their female staff raised her voice to me, and their security came to me to "have a conversation" while I was in reception too. At the end of the day we had to leave and find another hotel. You should avoid this hotel at all costs.

Our holiday in the hotel was awful. Unfortunately we stayed in the hotel for 14 days. Never ever. In the hotel there was mess everywhere. Every day, in the toilet beside the pool or main restaurant, there was excrement in the toilet or the whole toilet was covered with excrement. The food in the bar mainly beside the beach was undercooked. Lot of us had stomach problems. The room wasn't clean everyday. They tried to make it look tidy, but it wasn't. The balcony was cleaned once for the 14 days we stayed there. One day you had 7 shampoos and no shower cream or body lotion. When you called the reception, they didn't understand english. The beach, they told us that there were small stones. We have to buy shoes to the sea, because we weren't able to walk normally to the sea because of the big stones. There was sand beside the deck chair. The best thing at the end, 100€ was stolen from my purse one day before our departure.. Since today, anyone from the hotel hasn't sent me any email to say Sorry we are trying to solve the problem.

We stayed here from Sep 06 to Sep 18. Territory: It is clean. Big enough. The sea is quite far to walk. All bars and snacks are on the way. Food: I can say the food was tasty, medium variety, but the cleanliness in dining room needs to improve. Staff: I think the staff is not enough, they are working hard, but on overloaded period you have to wait. Pool: We never used main pool. The greatest part of the hotel is aqua slide, they are great for all kind of children and adults! Sea and Beach: The beach is big. It’s hard to find an empty place, because all places are occupied. The sea was warm, but sometimes with big waves. Room: At first they gave us a room on second floor, these rooms are horrible. Full of moisture and from the balcony there is a big noisy AC cooler of a neighbor hotel. We asked the reception staff to change. After two days we got a room on 4th floor. It was way better. Try to avoid first two floors if possible. Wifi: Internet worked fine all time, never had connection problems. It’s FREE on whole territory, even in our room there was a good signal. Overall the hotel left positive experience for us. Don’t expect super luxury service as It’s a low budget hotel.
